This typical Piacenza trattoria is between the cathedral and the train station. Cozy place with a menu of local dishes. We took tortelli and malfatti, the latter made with ricotta, while the tortelli have the typical candy-like closure. Both dishes obviously with homemade pasta and very balanced. Attentive and precise service.

Good Piacenza cuisine, but I expected more.
Fried dumplings disappointed me and the cured meats were decent.
The pisarei and fasô were excellent and the diners' other courses were also satisfactory. I have a problem with sweets.
I count just above expectations, but it seems normal now

If you are looking for a real taste of Piacenza cuisine, this trattoria is the right place. The warm and welcoming atmosphere will make you immediately feel at home, and the service is impeccable: fast, courteous and attentive.
The experience begins with an extraordinary lard cream, served as an entrée, which conquers at the first taste. Among the dishes tried, the donkey and the mixed boiled meat stand out for their very tender, tasty meat with an authentic taste.

Una vera trattoria secondo la tradizione piacentina. Tovaglie a quadri, foto in bianco e nero alle pareti, la tazza per bere il vino. Imperdibili ovviamente di affettati col gnocco fritto e gli anolini in brodo. Vengono altresì organizzate serate a tema come per il cinghiale, il merluzzo, i bolliti eccetera. si consiglia di prenotare perché risulta quasi sempre strapiena. Prezzi medi, servizio gentile e solerte. Provatela!

Ho trovato per caso questa osteria, trovandosi vicino a dove alloggiavo ed è stata una piacevole scoperta.
Personale molto simpatico, locale grazioso e piatti molto buoni.
