Antica trattoria del dindolo In Ravenna

A trattoria catering to people passing through on the busy Via Romea, with ample truck parking. My experience is limited to the company menu; anything you don't eat can be taken away. The quality is average for the menu, and the service is efficient.

New management, a friendly and clean atmosphere (including the bathrooms), fast service with friendly staff, good food (excellent meat!), and a €16 fixed menu. Ample and convenient parking. Recommended for a quick lunch if you're passing through.

Excellent restaurant a pleasant surprise the pasta is really good

We are not there ... I have been several times over the course of three years to this restaurant, initially it was excellent but lately it has definitely expired. Fixed menu practically the same every day and with dishes made from "poor" raw materials. Just think that the pangasius fillet that they offer at least 3 times a week, is nothing more than a fish caught in the Mekong, which tastes of mud and nothing more. At the supermarket you can find it frozen for a little more than two euros a bag. Always in the fixed menu until two weeks ago, they gave you the option of having a drink instead of wine, now not anymore. Either you take the wine or otherwise you go for water paying the same without the wine, or you pay extra for the drink. The last time I sat down at a table, there were no cutlery when they brought me the first course, I pointed this out to the waitress who indifferently gestured for me to get them from another table. They will surely lose a customer soon.

I was passing through with my family, excellent food, very abundant also because it is very popular with truck drivers who are not very fond of food, the staff is very kind and polite, it is not very cheap but the quality/price ratio is right.

I have to say that overall it's a nice little place. It's not great, but it's okay. The staff is friendly. The prices are good.
