Typical and plentiful food. It truly has the flavor of Piacenza tradition. The atmosphere is as local as the people who work there! Courteous and friendly, it's nice to still find such genuine people and places. Recommended!!!!

We stayed at this agriturismo in the hills and had a truly excellent experience. The food is all homemade, and you can taste it from the first bite: the ricotta and spinach tortelli with butter and sage were simply amazing, perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the polenta with wild boar was a real surprise. The wild boar meat was incredibly tender, lean, and perfectly cooked: a dish to remember! The place is welcoming and authentic, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Even when I broke a glass, talking too much and gesticulating, they were understanding and smiling, making everything even more enjoyable. A big plus: they're pet-friendly! They welcomed our (large) dog with affection and many compliments, and for us, that really makes a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic place where you eat well and feel truly welcome. A family atmosphere, unforgettable dishes. We'll definitely be back!

A little gem in Rustigazzo-Costa (PC)! We had dinner at Trattoria La Costa, and what a wonderful surprise! Signora Mariuccia, who runs everything with passion and dedication, prepares traditional Piacenza dishes that warm the heart. You can truly taste the love she puts into everything, from the authentic flavors to the simple attention to detail. We were greeted with a sincere smile and so much kindness: we felt right at home. It's rare to find such a genuine place, where the food is divine and where time seems to slow down. Mariuccia opened just over a year ago and truly deserves to be known: if you're passing through, definitely stop and eat here! You won't regret it. ❤️

Good, wholesome food, including delicious, light bortellina, good cold cuts, standard giardiniera, delicious mushroom tortelli, not-so-great cream and tomato pies, very attentive staff, but a bit slow :-)
