Having passed by this location by chance and having to have lunch, we immediately noticed this restaurant with a very well-designed advertising sign. Once inside the expectations were absolutely confirmed. Super hospitality from the owner with lots of explanations of local dishes, excellent service, absolutely fantastic cuisine. Extremely honest prices, last point is the toilet service, very clean and well-kept bathroom with every possible sanitizer... truly a nice surprise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

I live in Merano, but as soon as I can - even if it's just for a quick lunch - I find an excuse to come here. Just to give you an idea of ​​how much I like this place. Cod with polenta is my obsession: simple only in appearance, because doing it well is an art. And then there is the homemade pasta with ancient grains, grown specifically for them - stuff that for this alone would be worth the detour. Traditional Veronese sauces? A guarantee. Never found a dish that wasn't perfect. Even the wines, both bottled and bulk, are carefully chosen. The place is a small hidden pearl: a small village nestled gently along the Adige, which is more of a bell tower than anything else - a setting that seems to come straight out of a film from times gone by. Inside, however, you can breathe an 80s aesthetic that not only doesn't clash, but adds character: everything is well-kept and intact, as if time had stopped. And then there is him, the owner. One of those people you rarely meet: a living encyclopedia of flavors and stories, with a kindness and human warmth that makes you want to stay there for hours just chatting. The rest of the staff are also impeccable, always smiling and attentive. Unique atmosphere, memorable cuisine, and an experience that leaves you with the taste of things made with love. Siamo venuti in 5 amici per la classica cena di Natale, abbiamo mangiato molto bene, le portate erano abbondanti e il rapporto qualità prezzo davvero super! Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’assaggio di risotto che ci hanno portato, bel gesto. Bravi, 5 stelle meritate.
