Mr. Alberto was super kind, extremely knowledgeable and very clear in his explanations. The “tour” in the roasting plant was very interesting, stimulating and enriching. The coffee was very good and the atmosphere was characteristic. We also bought the coffee directly from him, ground on the spot! Definitely recommended to make a stop if you are in Ferrara even for just a few hours!!!
An experience not to be missed, recommended for anyone visiting Ferrara even for just a few days. Alberto passed on his passion to us, embarking together on a journey through history, craftsmanship and emotions. Excellent coffee!!
Great experience; enjoyable and informative. Mr. Alberto was great at explaining the whole roasting process. It would be interesting if he organized an evening with tastings of the various types of coffee.
