Excellent restaurant in Treviso. I appreciated both the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. The only thing I didn't like was, after communicating a possible 15-minute delay from my reservation time (a delay I ultimately managed to avoid), I received an email informing me that there would be a second seating in any case and that I would have to vacate my table at a pre-determined time indicated in the email. This made me feel a bit like I was going to a pizza or all-you-can-eat joint rather than a fine restaurant. Other than that, I think the restaurant deserves at least a Michelin star; I will definitely return, perhaps for the "second seating."

We had the "raw fish and gin" menu for dinner, and it was a fantastic experience. We then tried the desserts, which were a fitting end to an excellent dinner.
The food and service were fantastic.
Highly recommended, and we'll be back 😉

We had dinner on Saturday night.
The place is small but cozy and welcoming.
We chose the tasting menu "10 years of taste" and an excellent bottle of prosecco.
The dishes look like paintings because they are so well plated and cared for, the flavors surprising and the portions very honest.
The service was fast, precise, very attentive to our requests.
In my opinion the bill is consistent with what is offered, a wonderful experience!
We got up full and satisfied, so the chatter is zero. Congratulations indeed, see you next time!

FOOD: good food quality and well-presented dishes.
FIRST COURSES 3 stars: presa Busara (cavatelli di Busera with shellfish bisque and royal prawns): this is the dish that disappointed us a bit, contravening, in its presentation, what its description had led us to think, presenting itself as an almost poor dish.
MAIN COURSES 4.5 stars: the second courses were very good and well-presented, I took Baccalà like a Pil Pil, and seared tuna tartare was very good and well-presented.
DESSERTS 4 stars: good, but without fireworks.
WINE LIST: wide choice of wines; well-structured list but oriented, for all the wineries, to a high target from 70-80 euros and up. Very limited choice of medium-range wines (from 30 to 50 euros).
SERVICE: very kind young people (some interns). Very kind head waiter. The chef and owner, Tommaso, is very kind.
AMBIENCE: nice place, well kept, not very big. Comfortable and well spaced tables. Well looked after cover.
QUALITY/PRICE RATIO: average. with medium-high prices quite adequate for the quality.

Il responsabile di sala, contattato telefonicamente per prenotare il tavolo, si è dimostrato da subito molto disponibile a venire incontro alle mie esigenze alimentari, cosa che ho notevolmente apprezzato.
Il ristorante è arredato con eleganza e sobrietà, il personale di sala veramente all'altezza: cordiale ed educatissimo, sempre sorridente e disponibile, con un atteggiamento molto professionale ma per nulla distante.
Personalmente ho trovato sorprendente l'uovo con spuma di patate e aglio nero, una scoperta.
Carta dei vini interessante ma, personalissima opinione, con qualche assenza, ad ogni modo è il risultato di una ricerca professionalmente valida.
Cucina complessivamente delicata, non si ha la sensazione che ci sia un ingrediente che prenda il sopravvento sugli altri.
Una gradevolissima esperienza.

Siamo stati a pranzo presso l’Antica Torre, un locale a pochi passi dal centro di Treviso. Location molto curata e accogliente. Abbiamo optato per il menù “dieci anni di gusto” abbinato alla degustazione di 5 calici proposta da loro, che devo dire merita alla grande.
Ottimo menù, a partire dall’entrée che ti prepara le papille gustative a piatti ancora più squisiti e ricercati, uno più delizioso dell’altro. Lo staff di sala molto gentile e preparato, spiega con amore e cura sia i vini proposti che le pietanze servite. Consigliamo vivamente un percorso all’Antica Torre per trascorrere una bella giornata all’insegna della buona cucina. Top!
