A local shopkeeper recommended this trattoria to us, and I must say it was a true culinary experience...so much so that we returned the next day because I wanted to try the famous "pasta genovese." The sisters, mother, and sister-in-law really pampered us, made us feel at ease, and made us feel right at home. If I ever decide to return to Naples, I would always choose this trattoria. I only come to Naples for work, and when I do, I eat here.
Special because, as a true Palermitan, they're excellent, and the brothers' cooking is top-notch.

The staff was really warm and friendly. It almost felt like family. Made me very happy just being in the restaurant. The food was really delicious. We had the scorfano and pessogna pesce. Cooked to perfection and then the staff came over to remove the head, tail and bones. We also had some wine. Afterwards, the staff and some of the customers broke out into song.
