Introduction: I'm Roman and was in the area to visit the Bonaparte Museum. In the late afternoon of January 6th, thanks to the heavy rain and our early arrival, my husband and I stopped at this place for an aperitivo. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and cordiality of Mr. Stefano, who served us a truly excellent and, above all, very generous Aperol Spritz. The Ribolla Gialla was also noteworthy, fresh and well-selected. Having not had dinner, we didn't order gourmet dishes, but the short aperitivo break—accompanied by chips, toast, and a pleasant conversation "among Romans"—proved to be a truly enjoyable experience. In such a touristy location, finding authentic hospitality, good cocktails, and a solid wine selection is not a given. For this reason, I will definitely return.

Mainly sit there for the view, make some drinks or coffee, but wouldn’t recommend eating there. Also better have some cash, since card payments can get some extra payments.

LOVE visiting this lively spot for aperitivo & quick bite. View of Monument to Victor Emmanuel II is majestic. People watching is entertaining. Service is friendly. Memorable experience.

I arrived in Rome from Japan after 10pm and stopped in as it was close to my hotel and open late. The dry panini and tourist prices were tolerable, but I guess that's ok! The location is great!
