I guess my expectation was too high. Was looking for a crunchy bite, but it was more chewy than crunch.
Flavoring is great though.

It was one of the stops on our Florence vacation. My daughter and I were not disappointed. The porchetta was fantastic. The salsa verde was delicious and homemade.
The staff was courteous, friendly, and very fast.
We absolutely recommend it!!

The most famous are the norcino (the one in the photo) and the mediceo. The sandwiches are very tasty, it's definitely worth it!

If you don't feel like sitting down somewhere but still want to eat something tasty, then score your sandwich here. They only have pork as a filling, but then freshly roasted. Because of the toppings you can get different variations, all equally tasty and prepared after ordering. So no display food!

Buon pranzo con porchetta tipica toscana a 6,50!
Panino molto buono anche di dimensioni, io e il mio compagno ce lo siamo divisi (x mangiare altro streetfood tipico) ma siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
Piccolo locale pulito di ragazzi giovani gentili e alla mano! Bravi!!😊
