So, the person who planned our itinerary recommended it but didn't say what the sandwich was like. We got there and they gave us a bun with pork, but the meat was cold. I asked them to heat it up, haha, and that's when I realized the mistake we made. The sandwich is traditionally cold; they don't heat it up. It's no use asking, it's like that. We didn't like it to our taste, but just because it wasn't something hot like we Brazilians are used to, the taste was good, it was edible.

The freshly sliced ​​roast pork is juicy, flavorful, and perfect with the bread. Authentic, simple, and delicious local street food—a must-try in Florence!
