The raw materials are undoubtedly of excellent quality and fresh, and the chef – young – has an interesting idea of ​​cooking, but it is clear that he still has a long way to go to reach a level of true excellence. Unfortunately, the service was the weakest point of the experience. The sommelier was practically non-existent: the wine list arrived only after the welcome and the appetizer, despite our repeated requests. Afterwards, we were served by two girls for everything – both for the wine and for the rest – but the figure of the maître, in fact, was absent. A positive note for the desserts, really good!”
