Well...what can I say...I've been working in the restaurant business for thirty years...it's really hard to find quality, helpful and friendly service, reasonable prices for the quality of the excellent product, and a WONDERFUL venue!!! The restaurant business is going through some very difficult times from every perspective, and that's why I'd give it 5,000 stars if it were possible! Well done, well done! Full stop! Arriving from the "100 Days Road" of the San Boldo Pass is spectacular. It's on the right as you climb after the last tunnel. There's a large parking lot, and from the outside it's hard to miss and seems almost anonymous, but inside, a whole new world opens up. Osteria La Muda in San Boldo is the oldest tavern in the Veneto region, dating back to 1470. As mentioned, the restaurant and interior are very characteristic, but very small and with limited seating, so I always recommend booking in advance. A small entrance hall with a counter and register leads to a small dining room with a characteristic central fireplace, which in winter (December 20th) is not only a decorative element, but also feels very Christmassy, ​​and the warmth of the wood fire is also a welcome treat. Quick service, good house wine, and excellent quality food sourced locally, or almost locally. The menu is short, but well-executed. I'd say the price is in line with the quality of the food. I'd say the average cost is €30-40 per person. Well, what can I say... I recommend it...

Truly spectacular location, excellent and high-quality food, a splendid atmosphere, as well as very competent service, the internal dining room with a fireplace and truly cozy armchairs! 10 with honors!! The only downside was the table too close to the restroom.

I'm echoing Bonafini's experience, as I was a companion and present at the dinner. I'd like to clarify a few points: When we arrived, no one greeted us except for my companion, who popped into the first dining room to draw attention (given the ten-minute wait in the entrance hall). Then, regarding the giardiniera, it was from the refrigerator and not at room temperature (usually 20 degrees Celsius). I reiterate that the presence of potatoes in three dishes is repetitive. The wine wasn't good, but that doesn't mean it was undrinkable, and we, drunkards... I'm sorry you took our review badly, but I think it can be helpful to both you and anyone else reading this, without diminishing the work and commitment that goes into such an activity. A review is an experience, and so we wanted to share it.

As soon as we arrived, no one greeted us and took us to the table I'd reserved. The osteria is beautiful, with fireplaces in every room, except for the bathroom, which wasn't up to par. The food, in my opinion, wasn't good value for money. The charcuterie board wasn't excellent and was cut like tissue paper, the giardiniera was cold, the homemade pasta dishes were very good, and the mashed potatoes were present in three dishes. The desserts were too sugary, and the house red wine wasn't good. The staff was very busy because they were stretched to their limits. It was a good enough experience that I wouldn't want to do it again.

8 people, various mixed dishes, excellent, the tripe fantastic and special. Excellent house wine. Excellent desserts. Cheeses and cold cuts. Exceptional first and second courses.

Negative experience, poor service, no empathy, mediocre food, the nice words on the menu aren't enough... let's forget about the quality/piece ratio!!

Very good traditional food. Home made pasta a nice place. Fully recomended. 🍀
