01/12/2024: The Le Bon Bec restaurant in Zelo Buon Persico has revealed itself to be an authentic culinary excellence, a place where passion for cooking is combined with impeccable service. I had the pleasure of tasting the Tuscan ragù with white ragù, probably the best I have ever eaten: an explosion of balanced and intense flavours. And what about Asado Piemontese? Meat so tender that it melts in your mouth, a dish that expresses unparalleled care and craftsmanship. The owner was extraordinarily kind, welcoming us with professionalism and warmth. As a gesture of hospitality, they honored us with a delicious Genoese herbal bitter called Camatti, with a unique and aromatic taste, accompanied by small homemade sweets, similar to muffins, which concluded the meal perfectly. The selection of wines is equally remarkable: we tasted a high quality Aglianico, carefully chosen and ideally paired with the dishes. An extraordinary experience that I recommend without hesitation: Le Bon Bec is a restaurant to absolutely visit for those who love good food and authentic hospitality.
