A Friulian experience to remember! We had the pleasure of dining at Antica Osteria Il Favri and were thrilled. The authentic and flavorful frico was the star of a cuisine that proudly celebrates Friulian traditions. Each dish was meticulously crafted, featuring quality ingredients and impeccable presentation. The wines were simply exceptional. The selection is extensive and well-thought out, perfectly paired with the menu's flavors. Special praise to Daniele, the sommelier, for his expertise and passion: he guided us with elegance and precision on a surprising wine journey. The bill was absolutely in line with the quality of the experience, confirming that here you pay what you pay for high-quality service and cuisine. In short: beautiful location, excellent cuisine, memorable wines, and impeccable service. We will definitely be back!!!

Nice and typical atmosphere but a little noisy, good food but slow service

Absolutely a must visit if in the area, delicious home made food. Amazing presentation, very reasonable prices. Owner Mauro is a wonderful host. Beautiful atmosphere, service and 5 star meals, with a great selection of wines, reccomend Refosco.

I rarely give 5 stars, but I hope to be able to confirm them next time. The only downside is the parking.

Osteria Antica Il Favri – a culinary insider tip in Italy We came on the recommendation of our hosts – and would probably have simply driven past, as the osteria looks rather unassuming from the outside. Only the many cars lining the street suggested that something special awaited us here. Without a reservation, we managed to get a seat on the terrace on a mild summer night. The menu is small, concise, and just the right size for focusing on the essentials. The staff is warm, attentive, and clearly committed to providing guests with a pleasant evening. The food: perfectly prepared, regional specialties cooked with love, using excellent, fresh, and homemade ingredients. Every course was a delight – authentic and genuine. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for this wonderful evening. I would recommend it anytime and without reservation!

We dined in the beautiful garden under the grapevines. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely evening!

We ended up here after avoiding other places because the music was too loud. There's no music here, the staff is very friendly, the food excellent, and the place is very traditional. For example, the frico is made with potato slices, not boiled and mashed potatoes, and the cheese is excellent—there's more cheese than potatoes. The house wine is excellent.
