I can't really describe it...I'll have to go back to give a proper assessment.
For the price we paid, I found it to be average compared to many other places...maybe my expectations were too high.

L'Antica Osteria del Santi si trova a Pedemonte di Serra Riccò, può essere una gustosa tappa per poi proseguire la provinciale che in salita e in mezzo al verde porta in Valle Scrivia.
Buona e accurata cucina sia nei piatti del giorno che in quelli presenti sulla carta.
Rapporto qualità prezzo e servizio nella norma, ambiente discreto.

He runs a lot of places for lunch on weekdays.
Generous portions.
Lots of noise, but there are many of you with the workers in a hurry.
Excellent grilled meat, with excellent chicken thighs, beef fillet sausage and pork ribs but, even better, without hot dogs.
Not much bread.
Slip on the trofie with Genoese pesto: according to the foreign guest who hoped to eat them Genoese style as it should be, there was cream.

A pranzo in questo locale dell'entroterra genovese, a Pedemonte di Serra Riccò. Piuttosto grande, un po' di normale confusione... Inizio con un antipasto misto della casa composto da focaccine di patate, affettati, torte di verdura, insalata russa: buono. Proseguo con degli ottimi ravioli al ragù, il ragù davvero gustoso e ricco di carne; il tutto accompagnato da del buon barbera. Oltre al menù standard, già piuttosto ricco, presenti numerosi piatti fuori menù, correttamente citati in un menù a parte con relativi prezzi, cosa non molto usuale. Servizio molto cortese, prezzi nella media. Complessivamente una buona scelta.

Very nice and welcoming rustic environment, excellent food, both traditional and original and personal, fast and kind service. Nothing to complain about, nice discovery, we will be back!
