...Christmas dinner with colleagues, very kind and patient staff despite the large table. Excellent tartare mix, really tasty tagliolini with mushrooms, delicious fried artichokes, all accompanied by a wine from the menu with excellent value! To finish, fantastic hazelnut cake!!! Really good dinner, but we felt a little jealous of the table next to ours, where they served a Florentine steak and a fatty ox steak, which made us promise to return for the meat too!!

Very nice place, we ate very well, with a good selection of dishes from appetizer to dessert. A special mention goes to the fillet steak and the Russian salad. The wine list is excellent, and the service is attentive. I recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out. Parking is easy, about 100 meters from the restaurant.

Excellent raw materials. The appetizers were really good. The tartare was excellent. The ravioli sauce needed to cook a little longer, but it was good. The main courses weren't up to par; the fried food was overcooked, as were the fries. The grilled meat was so-so, and the spare rib was very tough.

All the dishes were really good, the tagliolini with mushrooms and the fried mushrooms were excellent, the portions were adequate, the service was quick and attentive. The only flaw was perhaps the bill: for an osteria, the prices were a bit high, and €3 per person for the cover charge was a bit much for Pedemonte. The quality of the ingredients was really good.

31/12/2025: Wednesday evening pizza, not a great pizza, I'd say decent to good. The kitchen was open for lunch and everything was good. The service was quick and courteous, and the atmosphere was clean and quiet, both for lunch and dinner.
06/12/2025: I've only ever eaten pizza here in the evening, and it's very good. But today we took advantage of it for lunch and were really happy.

07/01/2026: High and disappointed expectations. A restaurant with an interesting menu (it changes depending on the availability of ingredients), but the dishes are poorly cooked and not up to par with the prices. You could tell from the fried appetizers, anchovies and zucchini, that the food was going to be bad: full of oil and soggy, probably fried in oil at the wrong temperature or in too little quantity. Second course: fish with couscous: ridiculous portion. The rest was normal but overpriced. €50 per person. In Genoa's historic center, you can eat much better for less. A restaurant with such a beautiful wine bar should offer more, especially if they want to keep prices at those levels. I don't know if the idea is to rip off tourists, but a Genoese certainly wouldn't choose it twice.
30/11/2025: We're not from Genoa, but we discovered it by chance while walking. It was a delicious lunch with anchovies and fried artichokes to start... a very well-stocked wine bar. Congratulations, highly recommended.
