Antica Osteria da Zorro In Chiavari

Un restaurante de Liguria que mantuvo algunos platos tradicionales y trató de innovar. El resultado final es bueno pero el precio medio es un poco demasiado alto

Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti di Chiavari. Ci torniamo sempre con grande piacere per la qualità del cibo e del vino, la cordialità dei titolari (un gruppo di giovani ragazzi) e la posizione tranquilla. Menù alla carta. Noi abbiamo assaggiato il carpaccio di tonno con carciofi ed arance è freschissimo e molto buono. Il risotto con zucca, tartufo e.... non ricordo gli altri ingredienti, ma ricordo benissimo il suo sapore "una delizia per il palato" e la sua perfetta mantecatura, tutto accompagnato da un calice di rosé di buona qualità; per finire il semifreddo al torroncino che si scioglie in bocca. Un suggerimento: nel fine settimana occorre prenotare qualche giorno prima per non rischiare di trovare posto.

One of the three restaurants that raise the quality standard of Tigullio. Adequate prices, but excellent dishes and service. The menu varies continuously with the alternation of seasonal products, however you choose wisely... It deserves a Michelin star. Must try.

The visit to the ancient Osteria da Zorro is always a surprise because the menu is always renewed with a creativity that the young chef seems to improve from time to time. The terrace has been made even more welcoming in summer. It's always worth a visit... kindness of the dining room staff.
