A traditional tavern, with a comfortable and typical environment. We ate really well, traditional dishes well prepared, tasty and generous portions (excellent raw ham, and excellent bread too). My husband and I ate tagliatelle with hare ragù, casoncelli butter and sage, stuffed guinea fowl with polenta and rabbit with polenta, the dessert was also very good (marron glacé mousse for me and walnut and dark chocolate cake for my husband). Fair price, a high level restaurant therefore commensurate price. The environment is "ancient" and designed in the right way, it is located in what is believed to be Lucia Mondella's house. Unfortunately there is no parking, it is best to leave the car a little further away and enter the very pretty alleys that lead to the restaurant.

Finally a real tavern where you can eat simple cuisine done very well and with top quality raw materials. The rabbit absolutely recommended. Very kind staff. The only flaw: a little noisy, but that's fine in a real tavern. Excellent value for money.

Location of other times, the classic osteria of the past, located in the upper area of Lecco.
I recommend parking the car near the church and reaching the tavern on foot.
Rustic and welcoming place.
Genuine, quality food, several dishes are accompanied by polenta or mushrooms.
The raw ham perfumed the table, the burrata with cherry tomatoes and anchovies (dish of the day) was delicious!
The braised meat melted in your mouth, the stuffed guinea fowl, the casoncelli with butter and the tagliatelle with mushrooms were simply delicious!
Wide range of wines.
Polite and friendly staff.

Genuine and traditional cuisine, with excellent quality raw materials. I recommend asking for dishes off the menu.
