Antica Osteria Alla Sorte In Conegliano

Pleasant evening, good food and good wine

I dined at this restaurant at the end of September. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff friendly but sometimes clumsy (spilling a glass or breaking a corkscrew). The pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola and sausage were divine. Definitely a place to find good, quality food.

We went on a Saturday night, booked for 9:00 PM, and left at 10:00 PM. It was a quick dinner, but we thoroughly enjoyed it! When I made the reservation, I mentioned that I'm celiac, and they didn't make a fuss. For intolerances, the menu lists the allergens with numbers in parentheses at the end of the dishes. I personally tried the braised beef with polenta, which was divine! My companion tried the pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola and sausage, and he seemed very pleased! The place is very welcoming and family-friendly, and the noise level is very low, so conversations are easy. The staff is quick and very polite. The menu is small but well-stocked, and they definitely change it seasonally. I'll be back in other seasons to try other dishes.

Beautiful restaurant in a wonderful location, friendly staff, food with light and shade. A steak that's almost still alive isn't medium, sorry.

Typical Venetian cuisine, in a traditional osteria, with a touch of elegance! Radi and fasioi, followed by a Venetian-style liver dish with poenta and a fine house red for peace of mind!

We had lunch at Osteria Alla Sorte in Conegliano. We chose the maltagliati with duck ragù and the veal fillet: everything was delicious and well-prepared. The service was excellent and welcoming. Recommended!

Wonderful location, breathtaking view if you sit outside under the umbrella, very good local Venetian cuisine, excellent value for money, the owner and his mother are very welcoming and kind.
