Prodotti e servizio eccellenti prezzi adeguati alla bontà dei salumi. Titolare molto cortese. Lo consiglio anche a tutti coloro che vorranno visitare l'antica città di Sutri.

Norcineria with a splendid selection of cured meats. It has very few seats in a room located next to the room dedicated to retail sales. The very kind owner prepares excellent sandwiches and platters accompanied by a good wine or craft beer. Too bad it closes at 1.30pm on Sundays.

We were welcomed by the owner, the room adjacent to the store is small and welcoming. He served us some excellent cured meats and cheeses, all home-made. There were four of us and since dinner was approaching, we asked for a platter for two. Judge for yourself from the photo! All delicious, and afterwards we purchased cheeses and cured meats from his sale. I forgot we paid very little! We promised ourselves we would return.

Norcineria storica, il meglio, prodotti artigianali e squisiti, il salame cotto una loro specialità, insaccati di altissima qualità, adoro la loro porchetta…….. fantastica, io ho dato il nome al mio panino preferito con la porchetta ovvero il panino Mondiale, se venite a Sutri ( VT ), trovate queste prelibatezze, accompagnate da ottimi vini e birra artigianale……eccezionale 💯👍

21/04/2025: Historic place but recently renovated (I confess that we had been there three years ago but at first glance I thought I was wrong given the radical change). But the quality has certainly not changed, nor the kindness and availability (for a series of reasons we showed up at 1.45pm on Easter Monday without a reservation, and yet we ate in less than an hour) The coratella with artichokes was excellent, the remo with ragù was excellent, the fried lamb and the Roman-style artichoke were spectacular (it's a shame they had run out of the golden fried ones) The extra chestnuts (together with the hay not to be missed at Canepina) are special. Adequate price, fast and kind service, recommended
15/04/2025: Fantastic dining experience. Kindness, friendliness, family environment. But the TOP food, worth trying, will be difficult to forget.
