Antica Norcineria Bomarsi In Sutri

Norcineria with a splendid selection of cured meats. It has very few seats in a room located next to the room dedicated to retail sales. The very kind owner prepares excellent sandwiches and platters accompanied by a good wine or craft beer. Too bad it closes at 1.30pm on Sundays.

We were welcomed by the owner, the room adjacent to the store is small and welcoming. He served us some excellent cured meats and cheeses, all home-made. There were four of us and since dinner was approaching, we asked for a platter for two. Judge for yourself from the photo! All delicious, and afterwards we purchased cheeses and cured meats from his sale. I forgot we paid very little! We promised ourselves we would return.

We ate very well, excellent cured meats and super prices! Absolutely worth going there!!

Norcineria storica, il meglio, prodotti artigianali e squisiti, il salame cotto una loro specialità, insaccati di altissima qualità, adoro la loro porchetta…….. fantastica, io ho dato il nome al mio panino preferito con la porchetta ovvero il panino Mondiale, se venite a Sutri ( VT ), trovate queste prelibatezze, accompagnate da ottimi vini e birra artigianale……eccezionale 💯👍

Da anni mi servi di questo negozio per la carne che ha una scelta infinita di prodotti lavorati da loro, ma da qualche tempo il locale offre durante la giornata la possibilità di sedersi a tavoli fuori e dentro ed assaggiare le loro specialità. Infatti, un tagliere misto di affettati e formaggi, gustosissimo, per una persona (sufficiente per il pranzo) viene da €8 a €10, per 2 persone €16. I panini con il pane caldo appena sfornato e porchetta costa €5, con la salsiccia e formaggio €4. Provare per credere. In aggiunta: pane, acqua, birra imbottigliata. I titolari sono simpatici ed attenti alle richieste dei clienti. Si può pagare con la carta.
