It is my favorite place, the restaurant I always recommend when someone asks me: "Where can I eat really good, fresh fish without spending a fortune?" The fish here is very fresh, and I say this with full knowledge of the facts: the crudités for two are a marvel that I have ordered several times, and each time it is a little journey through authentic flavors and the highest quality. But every dish that comes out of the kitchen has that extra touch that makes you come back. The restaurant is open every day, for lunch and dinner, which makes it an absolute certainty, especially when you have that crazy desire for fish and you just don't know where to go. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed and animal friendly! The service is impeccable: the owner, a true Calabrian, is contagiously friendly, while the waiters are adorable, professional and always ready to pamper you with attention and respect. And then there is that detail that makes the difference: coming home from work or late at night and seeing their windows still lit, with someone greeting you with a sincere smile, makes you feel at home. It's like knowing that, in a corner of the neighborhood, there is always someone ready to welcome you with warmth and excellent food. All this, I repeat, at very honest prices. Arriving at 3:15 pm on Saturday we were afraid of finding the kitchen closed, but the very kind owner started cooking just for us. Very fresh appetizers, focaccia made to order, three pasta boats (half a kilo portions) and an amazing tiramisu. All with Lucio Dalla's songs to freshen up the atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
