We have been here several times, eat in and take away. Very high quality of products, truly beautiful location and best background music playlist ever! Precise and helpful staff. I recommend everyone to go and taste the pinsas, all super, but the Velletrana is something exceptional!

Stopped in by chance a fabulous find. Well furnished and comfortable rustic room. Grilled meat cooked by a professional, Claudio, perfect, matured to perfection, tasty fat, seasoned properly, coarse salt and oil after cooking done to perfection. The tail is also truly exquisite. The tiramisu made by them is very well balanced, a little dry. The San Salvatore winery has a guarantee. With the meat we paired a Palinure, fantastic. Service suited to the venue. Ample parking. Separate toilet. We will be back for the pasta. Compliments

Nuova gestione che ci ha incuriosito. Scelta non elevata di piatti in carta (e non è sovente un difetto, anzi...) tutto sommato buoni, le paste forse un attimo troppo "al dente" quasi a sfiorare un troppo indietro di cottura, a me non dispiace ma qualcuno potrebbe non gradire. Carne al camino/brace buona. Servizio molto lento anche se cortese, pochi tavoli ma attese sopra la media. Probabilmente manca ancora qualcosa considerando la recente apertura, ad esempio qualche piatto particolare che ti invogli a tornare, la vecchia gestione proponeva lasagne ai fiori o ai carciofi (solo per citare un esempio). Sono certo che in futuro migliorerà "il tiro". Nel frattempo un sincero "In bocca al lupo" sperando che il medesimo crepi si...ma di vecchiaia :D
