The ice cream was average, good. The problem was that we were first told we needed a receipt. We went to the cashier and were told that since we were planning to sit down, we'd have to order outside. We sat down, and the waitress came and told us that if you're sitting at a table, you can't get a cone, only a cup. We accepted anyway. The bill arrived: a €2 surcharge per cup wasn't communicated to us by either the cashier or the waitress, which wasn't a problem, but I would have preferred it to be communicated to me.

Great coffee & pastries! We had a quick breakfast with a lovely view! We sat out on their patio area sitting in the sun while enjoying our breakfast. Very nice cappuccino & friendly staff!

A very generous appetizer! We visited Genoa and went up to the viewpoint to admire the views. We found this café and ice cream shop and decided to stop for a Spritz. We also ordered an appetizer, and what an amazing amount and variety! We also tried some delicious pastries and ice creams!

A lovely dining room where you can enjoy the products. In the warmer months, there's an outdoor terrace. In both cases, you only pay for what you eat.

24/03/2026: We stopped mainly to heat up our baby's food and feed her. We were really surprised by the aperitivo! I had a non-alcoholic drink, and my partner had an alcoholic one. They brought a lot of food: mini pizzas, nachos, chips, peanuts, meatballs, olives, etc. For €12, we ate and drank for two, and my little girl had a hot lunch. I highly recommend it! The owner and waitress were kind and helpful. If we ever return to Santa Margherita, we'll definitely return to this place ☺️
