Best place to eat a pizza fritta in Naples. Masardona is known for making just pizza fritta and it deserved this well know reputation. The location is tiny with some tables available inside and other sits are outside but unfortunately these are not covered and would be not the best in winter time. Ludovico and Sara were great servers giving us a great costumer services recommending some choice we would never get. One of this was the Montanara con polpo all’insalata as a starter, simply great. Tasty were also our Badocchios and Frittura all’italian as well. Another thing i want to underline was also the tidiness of the place and the fact they were using a fresh oil and you can see the pizzaiolo in action. Good choice of wine and prices reasonable considering the location.

Great affogato and fried pizza...half was enough to leave a little room for dessert.

The fried pizza is disarmingly light, dry, not greasy, and with a filling that's an explosion of authentic flavors. You can taste the highest quality ingredients, a true joy for the palate. ​But what won us over was the exquisite treatment we received. We were welcomed and served with a courtesy and friendliness that made you feel immediately at home, part of the great La Masardona family.

Fried pizza was very good. I would recommend getting the half version since it gets you quite full.

Vine aquí para alejarme del calor ampolloso. Este restaurante se recomienda en línea y me encantó probarlo mientras se refresca.
