Antica Fiaschetteria Orvietana In Orvieto

During our visit to Orvieto, we dined at this fraschetteria. We tried a house antipasto, tomato bruschetta, roasted porchetta orvietana, and a selection of biscotti with vin santo. The place is charming, the service good, and the food excellent.

We stopped by for dinner. Excellent service, convenient and easily accessible location, excellent glass of red wine, simple and authentic dishes that release their full flavor from the first bite. We chose the house menu with a first course from five choices, a second course from three choices, a cooked vegetable from three choices, water and bread included in the €19.90 per person menu. Excellent, I'd say!

Ombrichelli with black truffle... Good ombrichelli, the sauce a bit heavy.

Don't miss it! If you go to Orvieto, you can't miss it!! The set menu is great, complete, tasty, and above all delicious! The service is very good, and the location is a gem! 👍👍👍

Excessive prices compared to other similar places, I ordered spicy salami tongs and a focaccia, I must say good but with a pinch of excessive pepper, the soft music that accompanied our dinner was not positive

August 18, 2025 The fixed menu of Pinsa (choice of three flavors) + drink for €12.50 is definitely a good calorie option for the climbs up Orvieto. The quality seemed average or a little below average. The chickpea soup was very good. €80 for five, which is fine considering it's a touristy spot and conveniently located on the road up. The setting is beautiful, demonstrating a passion for music.

Very, very nice place, friendly staff, excellent tourist menu, the carbonara was delicious, as was the cacio e pepe. Highly recommended, since in tourist places you can easily get ripped off. Not here, however, the food is very, very good, go there!

Typical meals, tasty and hearty. One small drawback is the desserts, which are all frozen. I recommend them.
