Last night we had a great time at Orazio Cordai. My colleagues and I spent pleasant hours in a well-kept, clean environment with friendly and welcoming staff. We admired and photographed the master of "crespelle" - it's an art, mixed with passion. Delicious crepes, hot and filled with super creamy ricotta and anchovies. The pizza with Aci's trunzo is excellent and I recommend it for its particular flavor combined with the goodness of the caciocavallo and the fresh onion, which will make the reader's mouth water. Delicious sweets with ricotta and honey and for those with a sweet tooth, with Nutella filling. We will definitely return to try other delicacies.
