The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was truly delicious. We didn't have pizza, but we did have the cod ravioli and the octopus terrine, both of which were amazing. Highly recommended.

My review refers to the restaurant itself. Suffice it to say that we dined there three times during our stay in Lavello. We never booked, but we always found a table thanks to the kindness and speed of the staff. The tables are outdoors, right at the foot of the city hall. Excellent food, especially the Lavello fried fish and the fillet steak with brown stock. Fair prices.

24/08/2025: Lucanian food, excellent service, and a relaxed, very rustic atmosphere. Reservations required. A bit pricey.
24/08/2025: First time in Castelmezzano and the first place we ate. We arrived for lunch after 3:20 PM, but were still welcomed and served. The strascinati and peperoni cruschi were excellent. The antipasto frittatine and the house wine were very good. Fair prices and trattoria-style portions, finally!

03/06/2025: Che dire….Cucina perfetta,materie prime ottime,prezzi davvero super e soprattutto Teresa una persona attenta,cordiale e preparata a spiegare la provenienza delle materie prime…. CONSIGLIATO!!!….Probabilmente torneremo già domani!
15/02/2025: Bellissimo locale scelto con l'app TripAdvisor e non mi ha tradito. Ottimo il cibo, bellissima l'accoglienza, locale pulito e in ordine.
