Yet another discovery of a slow food tavern. Everything fabulous, excellent I would say sublime. Raw materials of superlative quality. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is delicious. I highly recommend it. I'll be back soon. Really top

I went to Forentum for dinner and not to stay overnight. A 5-star dinner, professional and welcoming staff and all really good food. As an appetizer, I tried the bread meatballs with caramelized onion, organic tomato and really excellent and tasty Podolico cheese cream (the slipper with the bread in that sauce absolutely couldn't be missing 😋). As a main course we enjoyed the excellent Neapolitan-style pizza whose dough was well cooked, soft and light. We finished the dinner with two desserts: Ricotta and pear and Rocher. The latter really impressed me both in its presentation and in its flavour, in fact the Rocher cream with hazelnuts was accompanied by a crumbled chocolate biscuit and some pieces of crusco pepper. This combination is as unusual as it is effective, in fact the crunchiness and sweet flavor of the pepper combines perfectly with that of the chocolate.
Prices below average in my opinion.
Reaching it was a little difficult because Google Maps was trying to make me follow a road against traffic, fortunately some local people directed me towards the correct road. About 100 meters from the restaurant there is a free car park so it is very simple to leave the car and reach it on foot.

Let's start with the staff: professional and kind, the education is outstanding.
Finding myself on the outside of the historic center they helped me where I could best park without any problems.
The service was excellent, they explained every detail of the dishes.
The homemade bread... that alone would be enough to keep you satisfied, the bread balls with cheese fondue are excellent.
I chose a formidable plate of cod, kept well and not stringy, stained with cherry tomatoes and in addition the flakes of crusco pepper make the dish excellent.
10 and praise! Super recommended!

Partiamo dal personale: professionale e gentile, l’educazione è spiccata.
Trovandomi dalla parte esterna del centro storico mi hanno aiutato dove poter meglio parcheggiare senza nessun problema.
Il servizio eccellente, spiegandoti ogni dettaglio delle pietanze.
Il pane fatto in casa… basterebbe solo quello per restare soddisfatti, ottime le polpettine di pane con la fonduta di formaggio.
Ho scelto un piatto di baccalà formidabile, tenuto bene e non stopposo, macchiato con i pomodorini ed in aggiunta le scaglie di peperone crusco rendono il piatto eccellente.
10 e lode! Super consigliato !

I went there for a business lunch and I'll start by saying that reaching it using the navigator was impossible. Better to park in the nearest square and go there on foot, asking the locals for directions. The food is really excellent and the place is clean and well kept, nothing to complain about; However, I didn't like that, at a table of about ten people, the owner (or at least who seemed like one to me) addressed only the male diners, also reserving extra tastings for them. In 2025... well, even less.

Sitting at Forentum is an experience that is good for the heart: good food, welcoming and intimate atmosphere, kind staff, helpful and ready to satisfy customers' needs. I absolutely recommend the maccaronara with pumpkin cream and pezzente sausage and the suckling pig all'aglianico: incredible! My boyfriend and I moved specifically to try this place and we couldn't be more satisfied, we will definitely be back. Thank you!
