Questa è la dimostrazione, che anche in Puglia, si deve sapere scegliere. A parte, il cameriere incompetente, ordinando un piatto di paccheri con gamberi, ho chiaramente, chiesto se i gamberi fossero puliti, mi è stato detto di sì e poi non lo sono stati. La cosa, mi ha molto contrariato e non ho gradito nemmeno la frittura. Sicuramente, non ci tornerò

I went back as I do every year with my family. I had the usual raw seafood and raw seafood which was very good. A bit of doubt about the raw meat though, the carpaccio was still frozen and to be able to eat it I had to add pepper and excellent Saracino oil. Very good frying and courteous staff. I will return because it deserves other opportunities for improvement. Good work and I hope that for the excellent work you do you can still improve.

Ristorante elegante nel centro di porto cesareo con pesce freschissimo. (La proprietà possiede anche una pescheria) Ottimi crudi ma tutti i piatti degni di nota. Buona la carta VINI consta scelta sia locale che nazionale Stra consigliato

02/02/2025: What can I say, everything is good
12/01/2025: The experience at Calura Leuca was so-so, it is still a fairly touristy place near the sea, but still with a certain commitment behind it. I want to say straight away that the fish was excellent and my seafood pasta was tasty and plentiful. The pinsa was also quite good, nothing exceptional. However we were less than satisfied with some other aspects. The chickpeas with onion cream were not good, you could only taste the citrus fruits, there were many (too many) and in my opinion they cost a little too much. Even the vegetable pasta wasn't that great. In general we noticed a bit of neglect, such as limescale on the plastic bottles brought to the table, nothing absurd, but given the not very low prices, more can be done.
