There is a long wait in emergency but in general good hospital.

Just had surgery on the July 30th & I can not say enough about the care I received . From the receptionist in the waiting room , the fellow that took me to me pre op bed , my doctors , my anesthesiologist, the recovery nurses at my bed in short stay !!! They are wonderful , caring people ! They have a VERY hard job (listened to a few that decided they knew better about their care there & after care - I would have smacked a few, lol 😆) I've had my share of surgery experiences over the years (I'm 71) so I can say it was a pleasant experience! Keep it up - it really does make a difference to your recovery!!!

Had to go to emergency department with my son The process and care was the best I have ever had at a hospital. Everything was so well organized, and the medical staff were very attentive. I appreciate everything they do in this hospital, everybody was hustling and, from the beginning of their shift to the end, you got the same urgency and attitude. Definitely need more doctors to come on board at this hospital. Thank you for all you do! Dr. Freedman is so attentive, gentle, knowledgable and very detail. If there is such thing as cloning, you should clone him!

All services except for Emergncy are on time, short waiting times, comfortable, users friendly, kind and nice staff and whatever you expect to get from a decent University Hospital.Thanks to the Management.

I had to go straight to emergency over the weekend. I haven't had good experiences with other hospitals in Toronto I decided to go to Sunnybrooks ER. I was there for 12 hours, yes the wait was long but the staff was incredible. They made sure that I did not leave untill I was safe and they had answers for me. They made sure that everything was sent to my Family Doctor before I was able to leave.

Came it at 2 am very weak having a headache. frecuent vomiting and diarrhea. Within minutes I was already being taken care of. The female Dr. and the staff were very caring and communicated with me and my partner about my situation. I was out by noon in perfect health and have not had a repeat of that incident since that time. Thank you

Sunnybrook the best of best hospital in Toronto. My friend suffered from Throat Cancer and I was there next to him. I am so proud of this hospital and its sensitive staff ! Very proud of Sunnybrook community. They are taking health care to the next level. We all must support Sunnybrook !

One of the best hospitals I have ever visited. Exceptionally kind staff, doctors, and nurses. I am impressed. Clean facilities. Parking is a little difficult to navigate at times. I recommend showing up 30 minutes early to find a parking spot.

Great Hospital, parking is expensive and terrible. Should have a cell park instead of sending the cars to the dog free off leash park
