All very good, 10/10 if it weren't for one thing, please ask me... But why is the dough completely bland? It works on calzones and pizza (5/5) but on panzerotti with vegetables or even the others, it doesn't taste like anything. But also in the trousers which, of course, are perfect but the corners are empty for Tuscan bread. It's a shame that if it had a little more salt it would be one of the best doughs in Rome!
