Locale piccolo ma molto frequentato, è data grande importanza alla produzione delle pizze con uno squadrone davanti ai forni. Accolti in maniera gentile, salta subito all'occhio la simpatia e la disponibilità del personale di sala sempre nei paragi. La pizza è buona e ci sono tante alternative di genere. I prezzi sono assolutamente onesti

The two red prawn segments are well deserved. I was there on lunch break on a Thursday. I tasted 2 flavors of pizzas, one better than the other. (the CBT pig and the childhood memories) I had a carbonara pasta omelette. A bottle of water. All €20 Really 🔝 Highly recommended

È stato introdotto un menù degustazione e la curiosità ci ha spinto ad andare ad assaggiare, ovviamente insieme alla certezza che sarebbe stata un’esperienza gustativa molto interessante. Infatti la cura che Ciro Savarese mette nelle sue creazione raggiunge qui il suo apice con una degustazione che è un viaggio fatto di sapori ricorrenti e ricercati in un vibrante crescendo. Si parte con l’arancino allo zafferano, delicato e gustoso che lascia spazio per il crocchè di baccalà perfettamente bilanciato, la panatura perfetta di sempre, ma ripieno di poesia. Arriva poi il trancio di Margherita, con un pomodoro San Marzano perfetto in consistenza e sapore … l’asticella sale con il viaggio in Lucania, una pizza in pala con peperone crusco, fonduta di canestrato, lonzarda di maiale e riduzione di aglianico che è una vera e propria sinfonia. Plot twist: il mini bun di genovese, già amata nelle sue frittatine, la genovese nel bun trova il suo scrigno perfetto. E poi arriva l’esplosione: il padellino di Mare con Impasto alla ‘Nduja, baccalà in oliocottura e scarola che spinge e allarga i confini della degustazione. Ultimo atto: una torta caprese di una scioglievolezza disarmante. Un’esperienza da ripetere, la maestria di sempre in un terreno inesplorato!

A tasting menu was introduced and curiosity pushed us to go and taste it, obviously together with the certainty that it would be a very interesting tasting experience. In fact, the care that Ciro Savarese puts into his creations reaches its peak here with a tasting that is a journey made of recurring and refined flavors in a vibrant crescendo. We start with the saffron arancino, delicate and tasty which leaves room for the perfectly balanced cod croquette, the perfect breading as always, but full of poetry. Then comes the slice of Margherita, with a San Marzano tomato perfect in consistency and flavour... the bar rises with the trip to Lucania, a pizza in pala with crusco pepper, canestrato fondue, pork loin and aglianico reduction which it's a real symphony. Plot twist: the Genoese mini bun, already loved in its omelettes, the Genoese in the bun finds its perfect treasure chest. And then comes the explosion: the seafood pan with 'Nduja dough, cod cooked in oil and escarole which pushes and broadens the boundaries of tasting. Last act: a caprese cake of disarming meltability. An experience to be repeated, the usual mastery in unexplored terrain!
