09/02/2025: During a recent business dinner with colleagues, I had the pleasure of trying the La Quadra restaurant in Tarquinia. The environment was immediately welcoming and pleasant, perfect for an evening with friends. The service was one of the strong points: the staff was extremely punctual, attentive to our needs and generous with advice on the most suitable wine pairings for the dishes we had chosen. We had the opportunity to taste one of the house specialities, the Barzotto egg, a true delight for the palate: a particular dish, tasty and rich in flavour. Overall, the experience at La Quadra restaurant was very positive. This is a place that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Tarquinia, both for business dinners and other convivial occasions. The welcoming environment, impeccable service and the quality of the food make it an excellent choice for a pleasant and tasteful evening.

02/02/2025: Nice atmosphere, service that needs to be reviewed, where the times were excessively long, 1 hour, for a mixed platter and vegetables. Despite this I thought that at least the service was not included in the bill, I thought wrong! Sin.
