We came today for breakfast... We asked the waiter if it was possible to have two croissants with Chantilly cream, when he answered in the affirmative we ordered them... When the croissants arrived we were very disappointed... The croissants were filled with whipped cream with some streaks of custard (flavor completely covered by the amount of cream present...) we don't want to question the pastry chef's culinary choice but it would be appropriate for the waiters to warn about this variant of Chantilly cream when one orders... We then took two pastries with Chantilly cream and berries to eat at home (very good), why not introduce this cream into the croissants?

Really good pastry and cafeteria, the staff seems serious and never smiles.
