Perfect for a drink while waiting for the ferry, as it's ideally located with a view. However, it's too crowded to eat there; the noise from the crowd is unbearable!

The establishment's main attraction is its location. Beautiful views of the cove, especially if you're on the terrace facing the sea. The pizza we had was good but very sparsely topped, the bruschetta was okay, the Limonccino spritz was good but the basil one was rather bland. The waitresses were (very) unfriendly, which is a shame. In their defense, perhaps the working conditions aren't optimal.

25/04/2025: Sabato di Pasqua, dopo la mattinata trascorsa nella vicina Castellabate, a visitare i luoghi delle riprese cinematografiche di Benvenuti al sud, scendiamo nella vicina Santa Maria di Castellabate e pranziamo nella location del celeberrimo film. Le Gatte è un bellissimo locale posto di fronte a un piccolo porticciolo con possibilità di pranzare sotto le arcate, internamente e al piano superiore ove sono presenti dei terrazzini. Menù non ricco ma i piatti scelti sono stati molto graditi e di eccelsa qualità. Camerieri qualificati un po' troppo pressanti come se dovevi liberare il tavolo entro breve.
20/04/2025: Locale romantico situato difronte ad un porticciolo. Abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza superiore. Un portico molto bello che affaccia sul porticciolo. Abbiamo ordinato pizza. Nonostante le recensioni non invogliavano abbiamo trovato l’impasto della pizza veramente buono. La cottura perfetta, pasta soffice ed ingredienti freschissimi. La regina Margherita con bufala e crudo di Parma in uscita è stata un esperienza sublime. Se proprio vogliamo trovare una nota a sfavore i piatti di patatine fritte non erano generosi…

Ristorante Pizzeria Jolly Beach

03/09/2025: Two very good fish dishes and a delicious octopus rizzoto. A top-notch tiramisu. The waitress was unfriendly, which was a shame. Beautiful sea view.
25/08/2025: Excellent beach resort, very well managed, excellent services, also recommended for dog owners, very fair prices. The only drawback is that there's no freshwater shower to clean off the sand and salt from our dogs. Otherwise, highly recommended.
