Views perfect for enjoying a nice, quiet coffee

We went to eat at Ananasso in Vernazza, and the pizza was truly exquisite, one of the best I had on the trip. The dough was perfectly made, and the flavor was incredible. I even had the chance to speak with the chef, who very kindly told me that they use very little yeast in the preparation, which explains how light and flavorful the pizza is. The restaurant is small, and most of the tables are outside. We went in March, and it was cold, windy, and rainy, so eating outside wasn't very comfortable. Even so, I sat outside and thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. The service was mixed: the guys who worked inside were very friendly and even refilled my hot water thermos without any problem. On the other hand, the waitresses were a bit more distant and didn't always invite people in or make themselves comfortable, something they could perhaps improve, especially when many tourists arrive by train. The bathroom is small but clean. In short, the place is simple, but the pizza is spectacular, and it's definitely worth trying. The price is very affordable at €8 for the pizza.

Nothing too fancy except for the terrace overlooking the sea and the good cocktails. Avoid the pizzas. Out of season, the place becomes a popular spot for locals to have a drink in the evenings…

Great view, the outdoor tables are directly on the harbor. €8 for a coffee, a ginseng, and a piece of focaccia...justifiable given the location.

We had a quick coffee while enjoying the beautiful view of the harbor… there was a bit of a wait. We didn't eat anything, so we can't comment on that.

But as for the location, I only tried the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Great location with decent food. Prices a bit high...you're also paying for the location.

Lovely little spot to enjoy the view! Reasonable prices, generous portions—a real treat!
