Excellent experience Recommended by friends We ate for a Sunday lunch with the family, it was a nice discovery, the dishes are well decorated and with good quality raw materials, I was thrilled by the quality of the salmon which in my opinion seems to be better than the competing all can you eat ones, with minimal color and fat layer, similar to a wild salmon. The menu is developed on the restaurant's website, which can be consulted from your smartphone, divided well and gives the eye the various photographic illustrations of the dishes with associated descriptions. Many associations with the Italian tradition, an example never seen in a Japanese restaurant, the starter: MIXED CURED MEATS, HAM AND BUFFALO MOZZARELLA. Service a little slow but considering that the place was quiet it is fully justified. Clean bathrooms The designer of the restaurant is modern and particular with a suspended walkway and tables arranged in particular accommodations. The only flaw I found was that the portions were very small, the salmon tartare was practically the size of a tangerine, but the taste was good. Recommended, I will return.
