We had a very good meal here. Shady beer garden. Under large old trees.

A restaurant with a peaceful atmosphere. The food is good and the staff is very friendly. They were very attentive to my little one and even adapted my dish to be gluten-free.

Lovely find, kind staff (including friendly dog and cat) Onion soup and schnitzel amazing! Highly recommend the visit, especially as we found difficult to find a good local eatery

As much as possible, everything is homemade here. Super friendly staff and a beer garden.

It's not the first time I've been there... From Collalbo going towards the pyramids there is this hotel, with a beautiful outdoor garden and a nearby lake. The food is good and the staff is friendly👍

There were six of us there. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviews regarding the service. The staff and the process were chaotic. It was also annoying that a dish was forgotten. After a certain wait, we politely asked about it, which was followed up on. However, the next time we left the building, they didn't have the decency to briefly inform us that the dish had been forgotten or was currently being prepared. The taste was average, but the price was a bit more expensive than Brixen. We probably wouldn't come back again. (This is our own experience.)

It was a lovely discovery, a restaurant with typical local dishes, well-cooked and plentiful. I recommend it.

The service was spartan and a bit lazy on a rainy day, but the food was excellent. There's not much better in Collalbo. A solid choice.

We ate there twice, both times very well. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the outdoor seating was lovely. I recommend it.
