We went to Amorestaurant for a romantic dinner with our dog, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive: by letting us know in advance that we had our dog, they reserved a secluded table for us, so as not to disturb other guests. This care and sensitivity is truly rare and deserves great praise. The cuisine is excellent: top-quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes rich in flavor. Each course exudes attention to detail and passion. My only personal comment: I would have preferred the shells left raw and plain, rather than marinated like this—a matter of taste, but the dish was well executed. Elegant place, pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service, and top-quality food. Highly recommended for a special evening. We'll definitely be back!

A fish restaurant with delicious dishes

Giornata già estiva, ci accomodiamo all'aperto sotto una gradevole e curata pompeiana cullati da una gentile brezza. Menu degustazione di pesce crudo, in cui spiccavano i gamberi rossi (corposi, freschi e delicati al palato) e lo spada marinato. Cantina davvero pregevole con attenzione alle 'nuove proposte' e ai vini di italiani e francesi con prezzi onesti e temperatura corretta. Le ostriche Krystal e li Chardonnay della Loira ci hanno riportato in Francia, le 'mise en bouche', le orecchiette ed i pani fatti in casa nel Salento. Servizio premuroso e professionale, mai invadente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Un plauso allo chef e a tutto lo staff, locale consigliatissimo in cui torneremo sicuramente presto. Ad maiora!
