It could be defined as a novel cusin....refined dishes...especially in the presentation....and excellent on the palate.....go for appetizers...first and second courses....and let's not talk about the desserts ....everything excellent

I listened to some advice and I must say I was satisfied. The place reflects the roundness of the square, very nice, open kitchen. Welcoming staff, good quality food, I liked the mix of flavours, surprising combinations, we tasted the tasting menu, excellent, also nice was the fact that each course changed the type of dish (different colour, different shape, etc.).
Very sophisticated dishes presented with a series of delicious pre-starter tastings (not provided and not included in the bill) and special sorbets between one dish and another.
Too bad we didn't have "room" for dessert.
Remarkable experience to be repeated.
Beautiful location... good food but too refined... the taste of the fish cannot be felt because it has been altered by sauces... other ingredients... personally if I have to eat fish... I prefer simplicity and true taste... service and staff excellent... very expensive

La materia prima di qualità, l'indiscussa cura con cui viene preparata e presentata e l'equilibrio dei sapori è uno dei motivi per cui ci andiamo sempre molto volentieri.
La cortesia e la professionalità sono un valore aggiunto.
La cucina a vista ha sempre il suo fascino.
