Excellent quality cured meats that are difficult to find elsewhere (such as San Giovanni cooked ham, or Parma ham, although unfortunately like everywhere in Bolzano with too short maturation) which unfortunately are often not sliced ​​or cleaned properly, probably due to the inexperience of the personal or for the type of slicer used.
