If it hadn't been for the heat inside, I would say the food was excellent.

Excellent value for money. Whether it's for an evening with friends or dinner with my husband, if I'm craving meat, this is the perfect place.

We went to the American House Grill. We ate well and spent the right amount, from this point of view highly recommended. As for the service, dissatisfied. I ordered a sandwich asking for x ingredients to be removed. The sandwich is brought to me with an error and I kindly point it out to the waitress. The hesitant waitress takes it back to the kitchen and comes back to me, specifying that the mistake was certainly not hers, but mine. There can be a misunderstanding, without a doubt, but usually the customer is always right. Or, at least, you answer in a polite manner, while I heard myself say arrogantly "I wrote without lettuce, salad and lettuce are two different things eh. I'll tell you for the future". The sandwich was changed for me, and I appreciated it very much, but that sentence could easily have been spared towards a customer. But as regards the food, and the quality/price ratio, recommended.
