The restaurant is very nice, located in the center but in a quiet street. My husband and I were on holiday in Ravenna for a few days and we had dinner here just before Christmas. We liked the place and the dishes so much that we returned the following evening too. We ate very well and the staff was very kind!

Empanadas: ne avrei mangiato un altro piatto
Gelato al pistacchio: ottimo
Vino: Montecucco (vabbè qui ho giocato facile)
Consiglio: fate un menù degustazione, così che si possa assaggiare un po' di tutto :)

The dishes are one better than the other and every time we come it's a celebration.
The staff is really friendly, we feel at home here now.

A true vegan! Excellent food, everything perfect. Wonderful, friendly, prepared staff.
Very kind and friendly owner. Perfect quality/price. I'm sure that even an omnivore can get excited about the flavors offered. Everything is great, keep it up!

Sono stato da Amaranto una calda sera di agosto con la famiglia e non posso che esprimere un giudizio super positivo su tutto, dall'atmosfera al servizio, passando ovviamente per il cibo. La proposta di menù è semplice, ma estremamente gustosa, spazia da piatti tradizionali rivisitati in chiave vegana ad altri più esotici dai toni orientali e latini. Se vi trovate a passare da Ravenna un must go per vegani e non.
