Top culinary experience that far exceeds expectations: quality of food much more than excellent, highly trained and very welcoming staff, high level location; I will definitely be back and I understand why the fork has awarded it more than once.

Large, bright, elegant, simple place that smells clean. Perfect service, both for the explanation of the dishes on the menu or to replace the missing ones, and for the quality of the raw materials, starting with the Apulian oil to be tasted with homemade bread, and for the timing. Certainly very original, creative preparations, beautiful to look at and taste, even if sometimes the less elaborate enhances the product more (classic super-top fried calamari and delicious spaghetti with coconut and raw scampi). Some prices too high for the quantities presented (excellent raw shellfish on Tom Yam and delicious apple pie). The card for choosing coffee is interesting and welcome. A very pleasant culinary experience for what I tasted, in addition to what I mentioned, also the squid tagliatelle carbonara and the sea bream morsels with purple potato chips. Congratulations to the whole family.

High quality restaurant, it was really worth it for the following aspects. Food: the quality is there and you can feel it! If you read the menu DO NOT be scared by the prices because it is absolutely worth every euro. From appetizers to dessert. The raw appetizers were mind-blowing! Also considering that we had two raw appetizers, a fried calamari and prawns, two first courses, two glasses, bread, dessert and coffee!) Service: we were lucky enough to be able to interact with the owner (exquisite boy, young and who loves what he does, helped by his mother who is also exceptional!!) Environment: reserved, but at the same time allows you to be informal. So, if you want a restaurant that has excellent quality and at the same time an environment and service that put you at ease, this is the perfect place! Decent food, not very fast customer service, normal environment

Raw materials processed with care and respect. The prawns carbonara were divine, however the cooking of the rice was slightly behind. Very good wine cellar and impeccable service conclude a more than positive opinion and a location that is certainly advisable.

We decided at the last minute to spend New Year's Day at the Altavela restaurant, luckily there was still room. Quality food, perfect cooking, wonderful culinary experience and very welcoming environment (even for our dog). We booked two tasting menus, the portions are small, but with 7 courses you get plenty of fill. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different once in a while.

Today we had lunch in this splendid restaurant in Fiumicino, everything was perfect from the welcome to the attentive and scrupulous service not to mention the quality of the product, really excellent dishes, also suitable for those like us who had a mix of children and dogs, what more can we say? if we will definitely return

Quick and courteous service, the menu does not disappoint expectations, quality and well-prepared ingredients, perfect fried calamari, it is a rare thing, a few small details to be fine-tuned: the decomposed tiramisu was perhaps a little too decomposed... good choice of wines and, what is rare, also coffees and bitters. The bill is correct. Thanks to Luca and Antonella for the pleasant experience which we will certainly repeat.

The fourth time in this wonderful restaurant which, even if I wanted to, I just can't find a flaw. Extremely attentive staff, cuisine above all expectations, refined dishes, centered and expertly crafted combinations, location tidy and clean inside and out. Highly recommended!

This was truly a pleasant discovery! Far from the confusion of the dock premises there is this restaurant which really surprised me in every way. From the service to the kindness of the staff, to the goodness of the food. It's nice to try special dishes that aren't always the usual fish dishes you can find everywhere. Those taken by us were all promoted: delicious savory creme brulé, ditto sea bream with pear chutney. But the first one really impressed: spaghettoni with garlic, oil and chilli pepper with scampi and coconut milk. An explosion of flavors! Brownie passed with flying colours, as did the coffee, which is generally never the highlight of restaurants. Here, however, it is carefully prepared by the lady. You really deserve a round of applause, keep it up!
