Each dish exudes the authentic flavor of the sea, prepared with select ingredients and an attention to detail that truly makes the difference. The wine selection is also highly appreciated, perfectly paired with the dishes. Each course is explained with passion and expertise upon delivery, making the experience even more engaging and thoughtful. The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, and very clean, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special evening. But the real added value are the owners: exquisite, kind, and always available, who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. This is our second time at this restaurant, and unlike others, it doesn't disappoint! The dishes are simply exceptional, both in presentation and, above all, in flavor.

Excellent restaurant in Fiumicino, near Isola Sacra. The restaurant has a fairly large outdoor parking lot, where we parked easily. The lady serving the tables (the owner, I assume) and the other waiter are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The interior is clean, cozy, pleasant, and quite quiet. The dishes are delicious: you can order the €70 tasting menu, which allows you to sample the restaurant's main dishes, or à la carte. We ate very well: the wine was also excellent, and before the main courses arrived, we were offered a tasting of three types of bread, paired with excellent Apulian EVO oil. The dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were very good and beautifully presented, and the bill was fair, in line with the quality of the dinner (about €50 per person, including tip, considering we had a €50 discount overall from The Fork). Highly recommended.

Altavela is a guarantee! Super fresh fish, with truly exceptional raw ham. Luca and his mother are two wonderful people: welcoming, friendly, and always ready to make guests feel at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent seafood in Fiumicino.
