Lunch at Altavela: an experience that combines seafood, passion, and sophistication. I chose the Mancini Linguine cacio e pepe with catch of the day and lemon: al dente pasta, well-balanced cacio e pepe cream, ultra-fresh fish, and a touch of lemon for a refreshing touch. A surprising dish, blending tradition and creativity. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is refined and welcoming. I appreciated the clear presentation of the dishes and the helpfulness of the staff. The only thing that could be improved: a slightly longer wait for small requests like bread or water, but nothing that detracts from the overall experience. Found on The Fork, we tried the "Summer Scents" menu, perfectly proportioned, with excellent flavors and original, thoughtful combinations. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the staff is attentive and friendly. To top it all off, the restaurant is well-maintained and offers ample parking. Recommended.

We found this restaurant by chance on The Fork, which ranks first among its top recommendations, and it immediately caught our attention. Once we arrived, the atmosphere greeted us with a sense of cleanliness, serenity, and warmth that heralded a pleasant evening. The young manager enthusiastically guided us through the dinner, enhancing it with a tasting of extra virgin olive oils from two different regions—both of excellent quality. This gesture immediately elevated the experience. The cuisine did not disappoint: various types of homemade bread, balanced, flavorful dishes, and meticulously presented. Each course conveyed attention and passion, without ever being overbearing. Even the water, selected from a premium brand (and not microfiltered, as is often the case), confirmed the attention to detail. The final price was absolutely fair for what was offered, leaving us with a positive memory and the desire to try other items on the menu. We will definitely return on our next visit to Rome, including this place as an unmissable stop outside the center!

I've been a customer for years now. Without further ado: They're the best in Fiumicino. From the excellent food to the customer service provided by Luca and his mother. I'll gladly return. Excellent wine list. Excellent homemade bread with Apulian DOC olive oil. Everything is fabulous, from appetizers to desserts. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Ristorante elegante con personale gentilissimo che ti fa sentire davvero coccolato. Pesce freschissimo e cucinato divinamente. Dessert favolosi. Ogni piatto del menù merita. Interessante ed invitante menù degustazione. Se siete a Roma e volete mangiare pesce dovete andarci.
