For this year's autumn bike tour, we decided to book our hotel as a fixed-priced option for the first time. We wanted a modern, alpine-style hotel in a quiet location as the starting point for our tours. And what can I say? Of all the accommodations we've stayed in the same category on our previous tours, this one is by far the most beautiful, comfortable, friendly, and relaxing. It starts with the welcome at reception, the amazement upon entering the suite, the very friendly service staff (whether reception, waitresses, or room attendants), the delicious dinner (who wouldn't get full after four courses?), an exciting wine tasting, the bike parking, the pool... The list goes on. And the host also took the time for wonderfully entertaining conversations with us. Every day was a delight. Our bodies were active during the day, we were able to marvel at the magnificent nature, and in the afternoon we were able to relax and unwind – both together are balm for the soul. Until next time, Mr. Brunner, you have won us as a regular guest 😃.

We generally liked the hotel. Unfortunately, parking is sometimes a bit difficult, and there aren't enough spaces when the hotel is fully booked. The food is varied and of a good quality. The clear soups for starters could use a bit more seasoning. The wellness area is divided into three sections. The sauna is on the ground floor, the pool is upstairs, and the roof terrace is only accessible by elevator on the third floor. We felt the pool and especially the grout could be cleaned more often. Algae had grown in some corners, and some of the grout was dirty and yellowed. All in all, we can recommend the hotel. We had a great time and are already looking forward to returning.

A very nice, well-maintained, and modern hotel. Excellent service, and very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms, and a nice bathroom and toilet with a bidet. Free parking is available, although limited. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, including delicious bread and everything your heart desires. Dinner is also fine dining and very varied. The pool area is very nice and clean, but the sunbathing area is only accessible by elevator, one floor above the pool. Great hotel; I definitely recommend it.

Food and service top-notch, room balcony a flop! We booked a junior suite. The first room we were given was on the first floor, facing the street (view: bottle containers, bus stops, and the street). The noise was unbearable at night. Probably some kind of pump? After requesting a room change at reception, this was possible without any problems. We were given room 106 (right next door on the opposite side). Unfortunately, the noise situation wasn't much better. The balcony was larger, but instead of the monotonous noise, we now heard the ventilation almost constantly (I think from the kitchen or sauna, I don't know). We didn't feel like moving again, which probably would have been possible if we had spoken up again. But when I complain about the noise, I expect to get a quiet room, which unfortunately wasn't the case! It's a real shame, as the service and food are truly top-notch. But the rooms we had were an outrage for the price. The pool and spa area are also beautifully designed. Although the pool grout could use some cleaning. The senior manager, I think it was him, could also say hello. I'm used to the idea that hosts greet guests, but for guests to greet and the host not even greet back is strange! Also, the fact that the gentleman was already tasting the wine at the bar at 8:00 a.m. was probably a wine tasting... One positive thing, though, is the food! The breakfast is more than sufficient, and the dinner is of a very high standard! The drink prices are absolutely reasonable! The bar and the sporadic live music are inviting! The sports guide is also a bit odd. After I pointed out that the price at Lake Braies is a bit steep, especially when you have to park at the last parking spot because all the others are booked, the comment immediately came: If it's too expensive for you, you should stay home. Yes, true, but at some point you reach a limit, and that can be communicated differently. I'm certainly not stingy, but these statements are borderline... Conclusion: Good food, good service during meals, bad room (balcony).

A thoroughly enjoyable vacation! A very nice hotel – everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is truly excellent. We were lucky that most of the guests were out during the day, so we had the pool and sundeck all to ourselves. We even had exclusive access to the spa area with its sauna and whirlpool. I would definitely vacation here again!
