A top-notch experience at this hotel for several years now. The manager is a passionate perfectionist. He knows every guest and personally ensures their satisfaction. The food is excellent, creative, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every day is like a surprising culinary adventure. The activities organized by the animation team are very enjoyable, and joining them is completely relaxed. Highly recommended!

A wonderful, modern hotel. Very friendly staff and lovely rooms. I missed having a towel rack in the bathroom. I also missed having a kettle. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

We are very happy that we chose this hotel for our weekly vacation. We asked early check-in- we got it. In the reception they offered us possibility to upgrade room- we used it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Spa area with rooftop pool was super! Ski-bus stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. But the greatest thanks to the all team- you were amazing! We really recommend this hotel and for sure we will come back 🤗

Renovated location and modern furnishings. Exceptional cuisine; we enjoyed the dinner menu and the abundant, high-quality breakfast in the morning. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive to guests' needs. We also enjoyed the spa and pool overlooking the valley! Thank you, see you next time!!

A great, modern hotel with a fantastic breakfast (everyone will find something for themselves), and you can make your own juice from fresh fruit and vegetables. A tea corner is available all day. In-room coffee machines with capsules, a kettle, and a selection of teas are available. A wonderful rooftop pool with warm water is available, and on level -1 there's a great spa with saunas and a jacuzzi (unfortunately, the water is slightly warm, not hot). Dinners are served after choosing from a menu (different daily, with vegan options). We start with the salad bar, where you can indulge – a wide selection. Then, four meals of your choice are served. The size is just right for me. Not all the dishes were to my taste, but it wasn't bad. You pay for drinks, and it's not cheap, but that's standard everywhere. The service, however, deserves 10 stars. Super friendly and helpful. The ski bus outside the hotel takes you to the slopes of the Olang 1+2 lift on Kronplatz in 7-8 minutes.

Architecturally, the location is top-notch, with the rooms' ambiance perfectly executed (the architects are brilliant), not to mention the pool, which, to say the least, is simply out of this world (though those who prefer spaces with deer heads on the walls should forget it...). The staff is far superior even to higher-end accommodations: friendly, discreet, and professional. The management of the electric car charging stations and parking could be improved, but perfection doesn't exist, and if it did, it would be a complete bore. Hats off to the owners, who aren't just another international investment fund or asset management company, and it shows.

Beautiful hotel with a friendly welcome and excellent services. I recommend participating in the wine tasting. Highly recommended for people like me who suffer from celiac disease. Our 5-night stay in February 2026 was fantastic.
