Perfect! Nice clean rooms, very nice people working there. The infinitypool is beautiful and the different saunas are perfect. It is all included in the price. A family hotel for 7 generations så they know there business. And the breakfast 😊❤️

A stay that raises the bar for Alpine hospitality! Having frequented mountain hotels for years, especially in South Tyrol, inevitably develops a certain critical attitude. Precisely for this reason, after a week at the Alpinhotel Keil in Valdaora, I can say without hesitation that we are in the presence of an excellent establishment. The first great strength is undoubtedly the staff: every single person, from the reception to the dining room, exudes a genuine, unpretentious kindness that makes you feel welcomed and cared for with ease. Here, hospitality is not a formula, it's an attitude. The cuisine is superb: carefully prepared, varied, of the highest quality, with great attention to raw materials and presentation. Every dinner was a true pleasure, worthy of the finest Alpine traditions, intelligently revisited. The spaces are impeccable: absolutely clean, tidy, and a hotel that feels brand new, modern, and cutting-edge, yet without losing the warmth that makes you feel "at home" from day one. It's a difficult balance to achieve, and here it's perfectly achieved. Special mention goes to the attention paid to children, which is anything but predictable: you can sense a genuine sensitivity toward families, which makes the stay relaxing for parents too. In short, a hotel that manages to combine comfort, quality, warmth, and professionalism. I recommend it without hesitation and it's rightfully one of those places you return to... because you already know you'll have a great time!

A truly beautiful hotel - stylishly modern - the guesthouse rooms are a dream 🥰

For this year's autumn bike tour, we decided to book our hotel as a fixed-priced option for the first time. We wanted a modern, alpine-style hotel in a quiet location as the starting point for our tours. And what can I say? Of all the accommodations we've stayed in the same category on our previous tours, this one is by far the most beautiful, comfortable, friendly, and relaxing. It starts with the welcome at reception, the amazement upon entering the suite, the very friendly service staff (whether reception, waitresses, or room attendants), the delicious dinner (who wouldn't get full after four courses?), an exciting wine tasting, the bike parking, the pool... The list goes on. And the host also took the time for wonderfully entertaining conversations with us. Every day was a delight. Our bodies were active during the day, we were able to marvel at the magnificent nature, and in the afternoon we were able to relax and unwind – both together are balm for the soul. We generally liked the hotel. Unfortunately, parking is sometimes a bit difficult, and there aren't enough spaces when the hotel is fully booked. The food is varied and of a good quality. The clear soups for starters could use a bit more seasoning. The wellness area is divided into three sections. The sauna is on the ground floor, the pool is upstairs, and the roof terrace is only accessible by elevator on the third floor. We felt the pool and especially the grout could be cleaned more often. Algae had grown in some corners, and some of the grout was dirty and yellowed. All in all, we can recommend the hotel. We had a great time and are already looking forward to returning.
