Nice hotel, some defects in the room (shower to be redone, curtains with holes in them, bathroom window overlooking a terrace of another room) on the other hand beautiful view from the room, excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful & modern hotel, very family friendly and pleasant guests.
The hotel is family-run and all wishes are fulfilled. The staff is very attentive, the food is delicious and there are vegetarian alternatives.
The wellness area and pool are clean and you have a fantastic view of the mountains.
The family suite is highly recommended, there is a separate room for children.
We would love to come back and felt completely at home.

Firstly, the staff is very friendly and their treatment is high. The way the food is served is beautiful and organized. The swimming pool has a wonderful view. I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights in October. The hotel is wonderful and modern. The staff is friendly. We were given a large and comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony and an exercise bike. I liked the breakfasts with a good selection and the opportunity to make freshly squeezed juice on my own. Also, from the hotel, we got to the famous Braes Lake quite quickly, and after the trip it was nice to relax in the heated panoramic pool. Definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation

Overall, also given the excellent relationship between quality and price, the Hotel Keil deserves the highest rating: courtesy from the owners and all the staff, top cleanliness of the rooms, modern structure with beautiful swimming pool overlooking Valdaora and the mountains surrounding areas, good cuisine (varied and able to satisfy all palates), in short, we really had a very good time! The location is also strategic as Valdaora is just a few km from the main attractions of the Pusteria Valley and therefore convenient for every "category of traveller". We will definitely return on a future holiday in the valley!
