Overall had a great experience at this hotel. It is a small hotel which is more intimate feeling. We were a little disappointed in the size of our room, and the decor was out dated. There wasn't really any evening entertainment, but a short walk to bars if you wanted that, and also they had Netflix on the TV so we caught up on our programmes some nights. But everything else made up for that in terms of the service we received. The staff were very attentive, friendly and hard working. I would say the service matched that of a more expensive hotel, so I applaud them and thank them for making our stay pleasureable. The food, on occasions had a few strange options, but everything was presented well and tasted amazing! Would have been nice if water was offered in the evening with our meal but we had to add this on as extra.

Holiday June nice place clean lovely gardens we had a 1st floor room overlooking pool housekeeping abit forgetful with replacements of towels and coffee but very polite . Breakfast lots of choice but don’t expect a British fry up but five star so many nice things , pool is very clean but not sure I think the penguins should have their own allotted time as it’s bloody cold and it has to be a brave jump in . I just had B&B and never stayed for lunch or dinner only used the bar there is a roof terrace a nice place to relax also they have music nights with live singers . We walked into main sorrento takes about 25 mins and various routes .

We had a renovated and very clean room, overseeing the beautiful garden and mountains. Breakfast more like for a 2 star hotel instead of 4, with very limited options and kind of low quality. Helpful staff. Hotel located close to the train station.

Holy cow, we had a beautiful stay here. This hotel was amazing will def stay here again. Had everything we needed, great breakfast options. Pool, food and drinks all day long. If your looking to be just outside the main drag this is the spot to be!

Wonderful experience, in an enchanting place... Outdoor space with large manicured lawn surrounded by lemon and orange trees; all well equipped, with garden lounges, to enjoy afternoon relaxation. And if you need to cool off you can always take a dip in the carefully set up pool!

A good hotel in a very good location, ideal for people who want to explore and quickly get to another place (nearby train station, shops, cafes). Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that we would get a room of a higher standard for the same price. We were surprised when the porter came and carried our suitcases to the room. The hotel staff was very nice, smiling and hospitable, they responded to our every request. The room has classic hotel equipment (an electric kettle, coffee and tea are a big plus). Towels changed daily. Very comfortable large bed. Varied breakfasts - a large selection of both salty and sweet dishes, lots of fruit and vegetables. The only minus is that the receptionist informed us that you cannot control the air conditioning yourself, even though the controller was in the room. The air conditioning was controlled by the hotel staff and unfortunately it was turned on on the first day even though we asked not to turn it on. It wasn't very comfortable. Either way, I recommend it - it's worth staying here! :)

SUCH a beautiful hotel! Felt so lucky to be there. From my room balcony the view consisted of mountains, citrus trees and the sweet village below. Side note, Marco and Giovanni are absolutely the best bartenders on Earth. They took great care of me and are the sweetest!

08/04/2025: Gran recomendación y obviamente utilizado por los lugareños, así como los turistas. Gran elección y helados muy deliciosos tan débiles como otras opciones como gofres.

18/07/2025: I've been wanting to go there for a while, and I finally had the pleasure of trying their excellent cuisine!! I never had a bad dish, and the prices are competitive (though since there's no menu, I only discovered that afterward, when I paid the bill). My only complaint was the service: the staff were a bit distracted and forgetful, probably due to tiredness and stress... I also met Diego, the owner, a hard worker and a very kind person!! If you love stockfish and cod, Zoppicone is a must. I'll be back as soon as I can! ---------------------------- Update 07/17/25 What can I say? It's been a while, but the staff issues persist. I've never had a waiter (Francesco, I think his name was) be so INCAPABLE as to be unable to list the menu, tell us we can't have spaghetti with clams, and have us order other things... when shortly thereafter, they arrive at the next table!! Are you kidding me? The owner, Diego, is a wonderful person, and he doesn't deserve these useless staff who can't even offer mineral water! At this point, it's best to print the menus and partially solve the problem... Dear waiter (if I can call you that), you ruined our dinner!!....THANK YOU... (Given the bad evening, I would have expected the owner to be more considerate, but perhaps he missed it.)
