Sono stata all'Alpenroyal con il mio fidanzato per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dal calore dell'ambiente, semplice e minimal ma allo stesso tempo davvero accogliente. Non c'erano tantissime persone, e questo ci ha permesso di trascorrere una serata davvero tranquilla. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione "Tradizione in evoluzione" che abbiamo trovato squisito: sapori delicati ma ben riconoscibili, con un ottimo utilizzo delle materie prime. Ci siamo interfacciati principalmente con Leonardo, gentilissimo e disponibile, che ha fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro: molto chiaro nella spiegazione dei piatti, educato e sempre sorridente.

I have known this paradise since I was about 20 years old. I came for the first time many years ago with friends on a skiing holiday. And since then I still haven't found a better place. The location is exceptional: the unique view of the Dolomites from Sassolungo to Sella to CIR the panorama is breathtaking. The unique tranquility, being the Hotel on the outskirts of Selva and therefore away from the noise of traffic even in the busiest season. The quality of the rooms, the comfort, the water world and the Spa are unique. The advantage of having a small lake in the center of the rooms and wellness area always available for a bathroom at any time of the day is unique. The internal spaces are no exception, hydromassages throughout the wellness area even in reserved areas of the garden, to enjoy unparalleled relaxation. The attention to cleanliness and eco-sustainability are a further strong point. The rooms satisfy everyone: you can choose according to every need and nothing is missing inside. Impeccable, quick cleaning, the maids come by even before the night to check the room, which always welcomes you with bottled water and a well-stocked mini bar. When you are here it seems impossible that every desire can be satisfied that you almost become jealous of the place. Over the years we have learned to exploit every single detail. Including the Beauty Farm, where you feel at home, due to the warmth and professionalism of the staff who have a high level of expertise for the treatments that are personalized. The quality of the catering is excellent. Breakfast is of a variety that satisfies any inclination and, above all, very rich in freshly cooked dishes. Dinner offers a varied menu of haute cuisine, preceded every evening by an assiette of varied appetizers. The mise en place of the courses is photo-worthy every time. The wine menu is very extensive. Among other things, the rooms are diversified and you can ask to dine (with due notice) in the most pleasant area for you. There is no shortage of evening entertainment in the hall, with the piano bar in the atmosphere of the sofas for a pleasant chat in comfort. The added value is the priceless courtesy of the staff, some of whom have been in service for many years, but also the younger ones, always with a smile on their faces. Thank you. It's important. All this in the ski season (starting from Christmas) acquires an unforgettable atmosphere. Skiing enhances the potential of the place and the hotel, from the comfortable ski room to the paths to ski back to the hotel, and then the wonder of the four passes and the Sella Ronda within easy reach. You are between Ortisei, the Gardena Pass, Santa Cristina where there are the most modern and renovated facilities in the entire Dolomite range. Trust those who have been coming here for decades. Muy buena comida en un restaurante bastante elegante. El servicio fue muy profesional y eficiente. Tuvimos lo mejor de Italia menú degustación y nos pareció bastante raro que había dos platos bastante similares allí (ambos basados en una muy rica bisquería de mariscos). Ambos eran geniales, pero seguramente hay más variedad en la cocina italiana que la bisque! ¡La pavlova como postre era divina!
