Alpenroyal Hotel has settled my dispute with them.

Very comfortable hotel for those who ski but also for those who don't ski Suitable for adults in my opinion Very kind staff I spent 2 nights in suite 500 (two adults and a 16 year old daughter) the accommodation is perfect Great independence and privacy as it consists of two separate bedrooms with two internal bathrooms and a common entrance I couldn't ask for better accommodation Beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool - spa, massages, relaxation room, gym everything is managed at the top and the stay at this hotel was truly perfect A special note goes to the restaurant service FOR CELIAC PEOPLE (our daughter was served with great attention and kindness by a waiter dedicated to her and was able to taste all the exquisite dishes they offer, modified as needed for those intolerant to gluten with great attention and in total safety). Congratulations indeed because I have been traveling for more than 20 years all over the world with celiac children and service like this is rare. Thank you

Impeccable service and attention to details. The spa is amazing, the food is a delight. Not ski out but several hotel shuttles are always on standby so not a big deal. Truly a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back!

What a great and luxorious hotel in the beautiful Dolomites. Truly had a wonderful holiday over Christmas and New Years. All the staff very kind and professional. Prices at the bar a bit overpriced and the sauna area is great, offering 5 saunas. Unfortunately lots of guests wearing swimming suit and bikini even though textile free sauna and taking pictures of themselves inside sauna. Made me feel uncomfortable. But again, hotel was perfect. Thank you! Will be coming back soon :)

Sono stata all'Alpenroyal con il mio fidanzato per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dal calore dell'ambiente, semplice e minimal ma allo stesso tempo davvero accogliente. Non c'erano tantissime persone, e questo ci ha permesso di trascorrere una serata davvero tranquilla. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione "Tradizione in evoluzione" che abbiamo trovato squisito: sapori delicati ma ben riconoscibili, con un ottimo utilizzo delle materie prime. Ci siamo interfacciati principalmente con Leonardo, gentilissimo e disponibile, che ha fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro: molto chiaro nella spiegazione dei piatti, educato e sempre sorridente.
