I was traveling alone and was very satisfied overall. The hotel is well-maintained, the staff friendly, and the turndown service was very attentive. The food was also very good quality, as was the pool and the central location. Minor criticisms: The mattress in the single room was unfortunately worn on one side, there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room, and the TV could have been a bit larger. Overall, though, a pleasant stay – with a few minor improvements, it would have been perfect.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Alpenroyal Hotel in August 2025 and had an incredible time. I rarely write reviews but the staff and property deserve it. Service: I'll start with this... 12/10, A++. The staff across the hotel were simply amazing. Friendly, proactive, knowledgeable, helpful. They turned a great experience into an unforgettable one. Thank you Check-in: Smooth and easy. We arrived at 3 PM and our room was ready early. We were upgraded from a Junior Suite to Junior Suite Deluxe. The staff helped park our car and move our luggage Room: Exactly as pictured on the website (actually felt larger in reality). Beautiful with breathtaking views. The photos don't do the views justice Location: Short walk (15 minutes) to the Col Raiser lift which we believe is the best way to start the iconic Seceda hike without the crowds. Also a short walk to the center of Selva Spa: Massive, clean, and modern. Multiple dry sauna and steam room options and a relaxation room. Great hot tubs and pools too (both indoor and outdoor w/ views of the alps) Restaurant and Bar: We didn't get the half board option but had breakfasts, a few lunches, and a dinner at the hotel. Excellent food. Extensive wine list (great by the glass options too). Cocktails were delicious. We loved doing night caps at the bar and enjoying the live piano man Hope to be back sooner rather than later!

Very comfortable hotel for those who ski but also for those who don't ski Suitable for adults in my opinion Very kind staff I spent 2 nights in suite 500 (two adults and a 16 year old daughter) the accommodation is perfect Great independence and privacy as it consists of two separate bedrooms with two internal bathrooms and a common entrance I couldn't ask for better accommodation Beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool - spa, massages, relaxation room, gym everything is managed at the top and the stay at this hotel was truly perfect A special note goes to the restaurant service FOR CELIAC PEOPLE (our daughter was served with great attention and kindness by a waiter dedicated to her and was able to taste all the exquisite dishes they offer, modified as needed for those intolerant to gluten with great attention and in total safety). Congratulations indeed because I have been traveling for more than 20 years all over the world with celiac children and service like this is rare. Thank you
