A very nice hotel to stay for a week of skiing. The rooms are very nice, with very comfortable carpeting. The only drawback was the bathroom, which was quite small. Going down to the ground floor, you'll find several rooms, including: a corridor leading to the pool, gym, and sauna (which I absolutely recommend); the dining room, with a buffet at the beginning of every meal; and a relaxation room where, after dinner or lunch, you can unwind by playing cards or asking the receptionist for board games. (The relaxation room also has a bar where you can order drinks and food.) The food is very good and high-quality, and the waiters are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that some features, like the PlayStation room, tepidarium, etc., weren't as advertised in the hotel description.

It is one of the best places we’ve ever been. The hotel is beautiful with a vintage vibe. The staff is very helpful always ready to make your stay perfect. The rooms are always clean. I recommend it for anyone. We are here with a 1 year old baby and I can confirm that it is a good place to stay for families.

01/07/2025: Last day in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, we went to Lake Garda. We spotted the hotel right upon arrival. The air-conditioned room was perfectly adequate. The best mattress for our needs, and above all, the best pillow ever. We've already contacted the owner to find out which pillows they have so we can buy them. Super centrally located, right on the lake. The breakfast was excellent. The best breakfast we've had the entire time. The bikes were in the locked bike room, complete with a compressor and bike rack. Simply fantastic value for money!

10/07/2025: My wife and I stayed here early July 2025 and loved every part of this hotel! We felt like royalty from all the staff, every single member was amazing, they parked our car and we had no worries at all. When we went to leave the rental car was right outside the window. The front desk was more than helpful to guide us through the different parts of the area and what we wanted and needed be it food or shopping. The breakfast and dinners superb! The weather was very hot even for the locals but the air conditioning in the room was ice cold and after a long walk around the town was so nice, The rooftop area was amazing. We were more then pleased with our room. In short this place was the single best place to stay out of 14 on our month long trip. We can't say enough about the Bell! When you have staff like this it is a 6 star Hotel! Jerry and Sherry, Florida.
05/07/2025: This is a very good hotel. It's a perfect location on the waterfront for the swimming beaches and walk/bike paths. It's a very pleasant 15min, walk to the old town. We had a second floor room with a good view of the lake. The rooms are okay sized and all newly fitted out. The breakfast is superb. The staff are friendly and very helpful. To explore the area, we used the city bikes that are parked right outside the hotel.
