A guarantee! We go there very often, we have tried different dishes and we have never been disappointed. Excellent prices. Massimo and Andrea are absolutely worth knowing. Go there and you will not regret it!

Incuriositi sia dell'insegna sia dall'orario abbiamo deciso di mangiare in questo locale. Accolti con un bel sorriso ci siamo accomodati. Trattoria tipica romana infatti assaggi di polpette e trippa con coda alla vaccinara. Carbonara con un secondo di agnello. Buona cucina . Prezzo leggermente alto. Torneremo presto.

As soon as I entered I breathed clean air. Then I tasted the wonderful tripe, then passing through a norcina, coratella, tart, finishing with the last rites which is nothing else but a lemon liqueur. Massimo and his son are two genuine and nice people.

We were passing through, with many kilometers still to travel and... hungry! Excellent welcome, very simple but clean room. We were recommended two appetizers that surprised us: a melted cheese with bacon and mortadella and the coratelle with artichokes. Then the classic cacio e pepe and carbonara. All very very good (no, I wasn't wrong: I wrote "very" twice on purpose). The exquisite owners. We highly recommend it. Well done.

Eravamo di passaggio, con molti km ancora di viaggio e ... fame (ma non potevamo esagerare per non rischiare di addormentarci dopo pranzo!). Accoglienza ottima, locale molto semplice ma pulito. Siamo stati consigliati per due antipasti che ci hanno stupito: un formaggio fuso con pancetta e mortadella e le coratelle con carciofi. Poi le classiche cacio e pepe e carbonara. Tutto molto molto buono (no, non mi sono sbagliata: ho scritto "molto" due volte di proposito). I proprietari squisiti. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Bravi.

22/02/2025: I speak maybe 10 words of Italian total, and the staff were so kind and understanding. They went out of their way during the lunch rush to Google translate today's menu. The food was soooo good 😍 would stumble in here again, it's amazing
