Excellent pizza and farinata. I always get pizza by the pan and I find it very good. When there are matches or concerts they are really fast!

We ate pizza yesterday after the concert. Super fast service despite the confusion, but the pizza leaves a lot to be desired, decidedly different from the photos you see in other reviews. Let's say that for the situation it was fine, but I wouldn't go to a dinner there

07/06/2024: Congratulations to the new management of the Piacenza bar in Bolzano! As in the old management, fair prices and the best spritz in Bolzano, with tasty appetizers. The "right" spritz (1/3+1/3+1/3) in the center of Bolzano is now impossible to find.... For a few years now, the people of Bolzano have become chickens to be plucked.... too much tourism has been damaging the South Tyroleans for too long.... For example, compared to the rest of Italy (starting with Trento!) the price of food and real estate is skyrocketing!!! Unacceptable !!! Congratulations to all the guys at the Piacenza bar for their honesty and professionalism! Well done!!!! Keep it up!!!
