I've known this place, Nives, and her staff for many years. Coming back is always a delight for the palate and the soul, and the atmosphere is calm and familiar. I recommend this place to friends and family with a silver platter because it's truly worth it.

It's always a pleasure to return to this place. The atmosphere is family-friendly, the food sublime, from appetizers to dessert. Nives, the owner, is always kind and helpful, as is the chef. It's a constant succession of flavors, a pleasure for the palate. Highly recommended ❤️

Excellent place. Nives and Riccardo are very friendly. The atmosphere is clean and very nice. You feel right at home. The dishes are excellent and tasty. Very satisfied.

In this restaurant, cuisine becomes poetry. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, and offer a reinterpretation of Cilento's culinary culture that evokes memories of times gone by. Kudos to both of them. Highly recommended.

This place turned out to be a great discovery, a bit by chance! The place is small but very welcoming, and the overriding theme is a journey back in time to discover grandmother's authentic cooking. The welcome is warm and sincere, as are the dishes: locally sourced, only seasonal products, everything is cooked fresh, and they take great care to explain the provenance of the ingredients. Great value for money, I think we'll rent a house nearby!

18/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant as a couple. It's a beautiful location overlooking Positano. We ate divinely. The dinner was enlivened and enlivened with music by the delightful Antonio, an added bonus to this already beautiful location.
13/10/2025: From being picked up at our hotel by none less than the owner, all the way through to the return journey afterwards, we had the most memorable night at Il Pino. It has a very family run feel, which is great! The service was brilliant and not only efficient but full of laughs and chats. The food was outstanding! One of the best meals we had on our Amalfi leg. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more and we will certainly be back if we visit Praiano again.

05/12/2025: One of a kind experience. Beautiful and small restaurant with an amazing chef and staff.
20/11/2025: This was an amazing experience. We made the uninformed decision to go to the Almafi in off season (November), and stay in a smaller town (Praiano). Once we got here we realized most things were closed for the season, but thankfully there were two restaurants open still (outside of our hotel where the food was terrible)...Saghir was one of those options and we were so thankful it was! It's a one man show. He cooked and served and bartended - and we loved every minute we were there. He was great and so was the food. Highly recommend no matter what season you're visiting! Very small place but that adds to the experience for us.
