20/01/2026: The first few times I thought I'd stumbled upon the owner's bad days, but today I realized that's just how he is. I walk in, say "Good morning," he barely responds, then I ask him "a cappuccino, please." He doesn't even look at me and I think he didn't hear me, so I repeat it and he says, "Yes, I understand." I compliment him on the cappuccino—at least he knows how to make it delicious, thinking it might brighten his day a little—but he doesn't even deign to say thank you or look at me, and he even signals me to move on to pay (he makes a wry face because I paid with my debit card, not having my bag with me, and besides, I'm free to pay however I want). The lady who works there, I don't know if she's still there or not, is worse than him. Two grumpy people, zero patience, and they always look like they're doing you a forced favor. They're only open because they make good coffee, I think; otherwise, there's no explanation. I've been there 4 or 5 times, and every time it's always the same. I'd rather get a less good coffee somewhere else than from them, at least they say hello and thank you elsewhere.
