I have lived in Treviso for over sixty years, I have passed by it thousands of times, but only a few days ago, like a "fatal attraction", I went there for dinner.
Well, what can I say... the environment is quite suggestive with exposed stone walls, few seats (I highly recommend booking...) quiet, clean, welcoming.
The managers are really kind, thoughtful, attentive.
The food, exclusively from ancient Venetian and Treviso traditions, is prepared with care and the quality on the palate, as far as I'm concerned, I found it excellent!
Good choice of wines and desserts.
An extraordinary surprise, so much so that I am
regretted not being there sooner, but it won't be long before another pleasant evening.
Super-recommended!

Very easygoing but also ... soulful atmosphere. I liked the Venetian cuttlefish, with ink to be clear, but also pleasant the other courses all based on fish. Dishes with adequate doses. Music that lightened me from all the bitterness of the day, maybe also for the tenor sax that was the protagonist. Staff, who seemed more familiar, from how careful to dose the diligent professional presence with the right personal spaces of the diners. Good prices. In short ... a happy island within the city walls.

I recently tried this Osteria and was quite satisfied overall. The setting is beautiful for my taste, being inside a medieval complex. Small but incredibly welcoming. Better to book! Good food, all homemade including the pasta. Simple, home-made dishes but at the same time with a touch of refinement. Meat and fish menu that changes with the seasons. Appropriate times between one course and another that leave you space to better appreciate the flavors and have a chat with the diners. Excellent wines. Helpful and courteous staff. Adequate and honest bill. I recommend!

Welcoming tavern a few steps from the Duomo, the atmosphere is very evocative, it feels like being inside the medieval walls. Very hospitable staff. The food itself is good, perhaps a little salty, it gives the sensation of eating something cooked by grandmother. Simple traditional dishes that deserve to be tried. We will definitely be back for more food.

Siamo andati con amici di Treviso che hanno scelto questo ristorante per farci provare qualcosa di tipicamente locale, e non siamo rimasti delusi.
Ottimi piatti, presentati con cura, un servizio attento e sorridente, decisamente esperienza positiva e da ripetere

Un'osteria molto raffinata e si evince subito dai bicchieri, dall'ambiente e dalla gentilezza e classe del personale. Nonostante c'era in un'altra sala la festa per un diciottesimo, siamo Stati benissimo e abbiamo mangiato del cibo delle tradizioni che abbiamo apprezzato. Tiramisù buonissimo, il migliore che abbia mangiato nei miei giorni di visita a Treviso.
