I had the pleasure of dining at Frasca and I can confirm that it is a true paradise for meat lovers. The atmosphere is welcoming and rustic, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, always ready to advise you on the best choice.
Meat is the strong point of this restaurant. I tasted the famous Prussian Manzetta and was enchanted by its tenderness and intense flavor. The mixed skewer is another specialty not to be missed: a symphony of flavors and textures that will win you over at the first bite.
The starters also deserve a special mention. Sweet and sour onions are an explosion of sweet and sour flavours, perfectly balanced. The artisan bread centerpiece is a touch of class that perfectly accompanies each course. Side dishes, like barbecued corn on the cob and grilled peppers, are simple but delicious, enhancing the flavor of the meat.
To finish on a high note, I chose a mandarin sorbet with a touch of Grappa Nonino ginger spray distillate. An original and refreshing combination that left the palate clean and satisfied.
The service is impeccable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the refrigerated band that keeps the bottle of wine at the ideal temperature. The staff is always available and attentive to your needs, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

This is the place to be if you want to eat a nice piece of meat. A bit higher price range, but for that you get succulent grilled meat. The Fiorentina steak for 2 was a true culinary delight.

Restaurant specializing in meat, of which it offers a wide selection and all of it excellent.
The soul of the place is Giuliano the owner, always kind and helpful.

The quality of the meat was more than excellent, it's a shame that we waited 1 and a half hours to have dinner between the starter and the meat, we waited an hour without anyone coming to apologize for the wait!

Been several times both for dinner with friends and for a romantic dinner!
As a cooking enthusiast with a focus on meat, the best quality/price ratio for Florentine steaks and ribs!
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about meat. A good glass and a location that lends itself both to a dinner as a couple and to a dinner with friends/family.

I review this place, especially for those who criticize the bill. If you know the raw materials, the cellars proposed in the wine list, the quantity and quality of the desserts and side dishes and last but not least the enormous basket of bread, taralli etc... You cannot say that the prices are disproportionate.
If you want to eat and drink with superior quality you have to pay the right amount, otherwise if you want to save money, you cook at home or go to a farmhouse (where I also go, but I'm happy with the frico and the house wine).
