Celebrating my graduation here, surrounded by my loved ones, was like reliving a part of my history. Domenica sono andato alla Chitarra Antica per prendere gnocchi , fiadoni e parrozzini …. Uno spettacolo vederli preparare la pasta usando la “ Chitarra storica abruzzese”
Una qualita’ , un metodo e una manualita’ di Claudio e dei suoi collaboratori davvero notevole .

È sempre bello trovare persone squisite come il proprietario del locale, che ti fanno sentire bene ma soprattutto, parlando di cucina, ti fanno mangiare più che bene... una tappa obbligatoria per chi di trova a Pescara, dove le pietanze, senza fronzoli, sono adatte solo a buon gustai.

My family has been going to this restaurant for decades, and I can say with great pride that it is one of the best restaurants in Italy, Enzo was the founder and with Franca his wife and his children they made anyone who crossed the threshold of their tavern feel at home ancient, entering here is like coming home and then leaving with a super full belly ❤️
